It has such a lovely ¿feel¿ the moment you walk in the front door.

Big room comfortable bed. Across from the beach which had numerous beach clubs. Dog friendly. The A/C was great. The cleaning staff were on top of everything. The spa was the icing on the cake

The hotel is conveniently located near the Autobahn, quite close to the French-Spanish border. The parking is free, which is always a plus, and readily available. Rooms provide all the necessary facilities for a night, or a couple of nights. They are big and comfortable. The breakfast with the sea view is ok and quite relaxing. The staff speak English and is very helpful.

The rooms are a bit dark. Which is great for sleeping, not so good if you plan on staying active in the afternoon.

Nice hotel on the beach. Good facilities, awesome spa and nice layout. Breakfast was great and dinner was good too.

Parking could be a challenge when busy. Very windy location at times.

Access from the rooms to the Spa was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and dinner in the evening was excellent. Staff were very attentive.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked or felt could have been better.

The spa was wonderful, the staff were helpful, and the views of the Sea were perfect from the dining areas and our room.

Upon check out’ , room charge was charged on the invoice, despite it was paid already days before to Booking. After insisting, receptionist realized that it was a mistake of the hotel. However no apologize or excuse

First ever exercise class. Nicolas was kind and helpful.

Beautiful setting but Location is somewhat difficult to find. It would help to mention the plage du Lido, the oversized CANET sign as guiding landmarks.

Handicap parking is narrow and difficult to manage

Spacious room, spa facilities, good views. Dinner was fabulous.

The 'english style breakfast' scrambled eggs, bacon etc was totally cold.

It says dog friendly, but our dog was not allowed int the restaurant with us.The service in the restaurant was very slow, although the food was good.

It was lovely. And the view was great!

We requested a handicap accessible room. There were no handrails in the shower and bathroom. My husband can not walk -- the shower had a 2 inch lip. Not useable.

We stayed here for a few nights following our wedding. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the beach and the sunrise. The location was perfect as was in a quieter area but a short walk into the more lively venues. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The coffe machine/tea making was not really up to 4 star standard- no milk . Very few capsules and just two Earl Grey teabags- very stingy!The dinner menu was bit limited and a bit mediocre
