    Pros +

    • Nice facilities, good location, free parking, well maintained resort. Has dishes and all you need for cooking
    • Large beautiful territory, restaurant, swimming pools. Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant and at the entrance to the pools. Thanks guys )Great little balcony with a table where you could eat, read or do whatever you wanted.
    • The staff is welcoming and helpful. They speak French and English. Breakfast included boiled eggs, croissants, fruits, cheese, yoghurt, musli. There is a pool. There is AC in the flat, not much noise from the street, no mosquitoes. The sea is amazing, warmer than in Montpellier. Canet is nice place to walk with restaurants, bars, port.

    Cons -

    • Towels and sheets with extra price, no soup in the bathroom. A lot of redundant stuff when the essentials are missing. Not working bar (this has not been mentioned when we booked), pool closing too early
    • There were small ants in the room that walked from the entrance to the kitchen. It's good that there were few of them. And we got rid of them ourselves. But it was unpleasant.
    • The facilities are quite old. There were some insects in the kitchen. Not that bad but still not perfect. Towels and sheets are 8€ per kit. The hotel locates a little far from the sea, you should take a bus and far from the city, also a bus number 3 is the option (wait 30 mins). We were on the 3rd floor, with no elevator but receptionist helped us to lift the suitcases. If you are traveling by car and you are a man that should be pleasant place.

Three swimming pools so ideal for any age younger children to adults. Exceptionally clean. we also was very impressed by the security round the pool for families, only way in and out. The rooms very impressive separate bedroom, kitchen with cooker fridge/freezer microwave also washing machine. The staff were very friendly they were able to communicate in english. Receptionist friendly and helpful. We were so impressed we extended our stay, and will be back next year with the family. Thank you for a perfect holiday.

The room was a good size with a good kitchen.

The pool was too cold to use. The cleaning staff were so rude and abusive. We weren’t aware we had to clean the dishes so upon checking out the reception let us know which wasn’t a problem and we went back to wash the dishes used and to empty the trash, at which point the cleaning staff were in the room who then started to swear at us and yell at us and abuse us for not doing the dishes or taking the trash in-front of my three children we were threatened and screamed at while they stomped thru the room literally screaming at us I have never ever had such a negative experience in a hotel ever and when we went to reception they informed us that we were the ones accused of being abusive and this is with my husband and three children with me. I couldn’t believe it. The cleaners here were the worst I would be very careful with the rules as we weren’t aware of the need to clean the few dishes or to take the one bag of trash. We had paid extra for linen which were a couple of scabby towels and four bedsheets. If you stay I highly recommend taking your own or even buying some would be cheaper and better quality.

We stayed only as a place to sleep on a longish journey. I didn't notice the need to rent linen when I booked, as it was something I had not come across during our 2 months in Spain - it would have been a deal breaker. Kindly management waived the fee, I think because I described our situation - Aussie couple travelling for 3 months. The accommodation was clean and furnishings were adequate. Fortunately we were on the ground floor as there were no lifts.Parkng was available very close to the apartment. It did have power outlets on both sides of the bed. Ourlook onto the garden, with an outdoor setting, was pleasant. Heating was good, with reverse cycle aircon in the living area and wall heaters in each room. Overall it is an aging resort which, for its faults, provided good value as a sleepover point.

The apartment was a reasonable size, but at the same time was pokey from poor design. Getting into the toilet and closing the door required contortionist ability, the bedroom door would not open fully as it hit the bedside table, .the separate toilet had no hand basin in the toilet, and no toilet in the bathroom. It was lacking some basic supplies - no dishwashing liquid (though supplying 2 dishwasher pellets), and only 1 pump pack of hand wash (?left behind by a previos tennant).for the two sinks, .

Excellent room, lots of amenities around the hotel. The pools were great, although one pool has a large crack in the bottom... I didn't feel confident swimming in a pool with a large crack... This was the only real concern.

Attentive personnel, reasonably nice pool and other facilities. I cannot vouch for all apartments because, as far as I understand, the entire complex is co-owned, but our apartment was very nice: clean and had everything you need and everything worked well.

If the beach is the primary target for your stay, you may be disappointed to find out it's ~25 minutes away by foot. But we knew it from the map before we booked so this is not really a complaint. Also you can drive there as there are some paid parkings near the beaches, or try the bus, or rent bikes.

Maybe 20 years back this was OK but not for 2023.

Photos on website is not current. The facilities are now outdated and does not look like the photos at all.

The garden is very nice and rooms where clean.

the wifi is a total scam. honestly i would have paid 10 eur per day for wifi if they would have explained that it needs to be done. super frustrating. the pool was not clean. lots of rubish, some broken tiles and floating bag of weed.

everything was good. room clean, staff lovely, pool beautiful, restaurant very good.

only crticism would be the distance from the town, was a half hour walk which was a bit far for us.

It was value for money for what we got. We had a car to move around and shops supermarket for groceries were close by. It was peaceful and quite but we were there off peak season April

No balcony ! We would have loved a little balcony to sit outside to have our breakfast One other thing was I used the laundry room washing machine was good but I was disappointed on the dryer as I put all our clothes inside and wanted to take out a few small things after 20 minutes put once you open the dryer it automatically finished so I lost the rest of the time 35 minutes to dry the rest of our clothes.

Good central location for the area. Pool areas were beautiful.

Property was difficult to find after dark with no lighted signs visible from the main road. Room was not clean; some dishes in room were not washed. Facilities were old, windows were moldy and one could not be locked.

Place looks like the photos, studio has nice features inc coffee microwave and cooking gear, good balcony, theres free parking, good vibes

The message we received after the booking saying we should bring our sheets otherwise we would be charged 8€ per pax; that the bar was closed and restaurant only opened on very limited times. Towels were not included either

coffea machine Nespresso very much appreciatedanimation at the hotel at night is also nicesecurity at the pool is rude he thinks he s looking after a nightclub

sofa bed partly brokenhard to find a parking slot no animation for kids

    8NicolaPosted on: 8-21-2022

we had to pay extra for the sheets ( many hotels in France do that) I it was not very convincentesi because we flew from another country with our hand luggage only, so no space for an extra stuff. . supermarkets are near buy, just 5 min drive from the beach

place is ok, just need more love and attention)

The pool and staff and entertainment

The beds. Had a problem with a couple in the bar taking pictures of my young son.

    6ElizaPosted on: 7-11-2022

    The swimming pools were great.

I had to clean some of the pans and plates before cooking. And for this price I would at least expect the beds to be made, but we had to pay for linen sets and towels.
