Best Western Plus Hotel Canet-Plage

The staff was the best part. They are very friendly making our check in very pleasant. I have been travling all over Europe and I do not know how to speack French. They spoke perfect english and made me feel comfortalble. I also liked the private secure locked parking garage.

Great location to restaurants and activities, without having noise later at night. Just across road from lovely beach.

Nothing we didn’t like as hotel, staff and breakfasts were exceptional. If there was to be one very small recommendation it would be to offer beach towels to guests. It is possible they did we just didn’t think to ask. But didn’t see this on any information. But this is NOT something we didn’t like and definitely wouldn’t stop us returning.

Reception was very kind in both upgrading our room and checking us in early. Our room overlooked the beach with a lovely balcony. The room was clean and spacious. There were many nearby restaurants and a few places to rent bikes.

Only thing I can think of is the scrambled eggs were too wet/runny for my liking. Not a big deal. There was a hard boiled option!

Breakfast, in our opinion, was expensive for what it was.

Great location opposite the beach. Dog friendly. On road parking outside. This may be an issue during peak season.

Nice hotel next to the sea.

We were placed in a different room from the sea view as was requested, there was a little wind but not much of a problem, we finally moved to a sea view room which was great, I don't think the hotel considered the fact we had three dogs.

Very Welcoming and helpful staff at reception. They gave us reccomendations for dinner nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Great view. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable and warm. Street parking outsided is free. Will definitely vist again when in the area. Thank you

Rooms are a little small but this did not take from our stay. We knew this in advance.

Very comfortable room with balcony and sea view.

Shower room a little small as was the separate toilet, shower itself was excellent and spacious enough.

Staff were excellent, really friendly, helpful and professional.

Would have liked the hotel to have had a good gym

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great, with lots of choice and we are glad we stayed. Although the bathroom was very, very small it didn’t spoil our stay.

Sadly beyond the control of the hotel but the beach bars played music until 12.45 which kept us awake.

Nothing at all. Bit difficult to find the hotel and the parking option. Nothing to put us off.

The room is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is beach front with nice view. Room service is very prompt and the snacks we had were really tasty. I will definetely come back.

There is a moldy smell in the corridors of the hotel.

Good place directly at the beach with many beachclubs where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Good size of the room. Breakfast room was nice. The reception could give helpful recommendations for restaurant.

The toilet is separate from the bath, which is nice, but therefore very small. Closing its door was a bit hard. It would be better if the door would open to the outside, but it is a very small inconvenience.
