Nice hotel but room was so old, the bed wearing old with old spots, no refrigerator was in room. There was nice breakfast and we love the staff. That’s all

2 breakfast..served on a plate, no choice. Was toast ,cold egg.slice feta,limp salad,olives few spreads and chai tea.i was then told i had to pay for these and charged 1000 lira ( roughly £20)

1st room i was in ..sink was loose..as was toilet flush.walls furniture fooring all scuffed.moved room..hot water took 10 mins to come through..there was sharp metal bar on floor.someone came .removed it then said they would use a towel to cover..i suggested a plastic rug from the 1st room i was in.Am guessing thats still there..only sky news and cnn..plus point comty beds and good band in bar on friday night..It was out of season ,only about 12 people in .everyone changed rooms,that says it all really..

Staff and location were great, room was very large and good value. However, NO WiFi!!!! at all in rooms. Unbelievably we were charged to have our breakfast egg fried. Boiled no cost but 300tl to fry the same egg. It was so ridiculous we laughed and paid it.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Staff were very polite and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back.

The hotel was very clean with lots of staff. The breakfast was good.

The room needed a little attention. The bathroom door was broken, the bedding was old, and the hairdryer was not working. Hot water was not guaranteed.

Location was good at centre of the town, Staff was polite and helpful. food was nice, especially the dinner was delicious (We paid half board) the hotel chef prepared different things for each day.

Rooms on the back of hotel had little wifi signal.

Unfortunately the water was not hot enough for a shower. I understand it was winter when I stayed however it is a hotel and I expect hot water for a shower.

I really wanted to like this place. The outdoor area near pool is beautiful. Rooms a bit dated and need some repair and deep cleaning. Biggest issue was the loud music. My room was right next to their lounge bar. Keep in mind it's a small hotel and most rooms surround the small pool area. For 2 days for about 3 hours each day, the DJ was doing a "sound check," with the music blasting painfully loud. I asked the manager if they could just turn it down a bit...no, his answer was to move me to a room 20 feet away where the sound would be just as loud. I love music, that's wasn't the problem. No need for this ear bleeding volume to do a sound check in the late afternoon. There's no privacy if you're by the pool, a bunch of staff constantly walking by, not friendly and only seem to be concerned about their events and lounge. My room wasn't cleaned the entire time I was there. Cleaning lady just walked in one day when I had the DND sign on the door. I left 10 min later and room still was never cleaned. Then on last day, they're hosting a wedding all around the pool. And so I'm supposed to sit there awkwardly in the middle of a wedding. At least inform your guests of these things. It's like there was zero regard for the comfort or satisfaction of their hotel guests. I finally did switch rooms which was a big inconvenience on my last day. I'd recommend the hotel pays as much attention to their paying guests as they do to their events and lounge, which seem to be filled with all their friends and family. I did not feel welcome here and do not recommend unless the management makes some big changes.

this place is just heaven. the buildings and grounds are simply beautiful. I loved the quirky decoration and the restaurant and pool area. the breakfast was wonderful and the staff were just great ? location is also perfect...will definitely be back and recommend wholeheartedly

It is a perfect place to stay in for a couple of days for active tourists who wish to discover the region. Large canteen with a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. Very friendly personnel who gifted us a room upgrade. It was a spacious room with a massage bath tube just in front of the window. Really nice and cosy amenities. Location was great as well. Just few minutes to the bus station, the riverfront and numerous restaurants. We didn’t use a swimming pool but we enjoyed the live music in a local bar. It is a really good hotel from where you can easily reach sightseeing points. Migros supermarket is located 5 mins walking. Sincerely recommend!

There was poor sound isolation and we heard all the guests checking in and checking out during night hours. Some guests didn’t really take care of being less loud, on the contrary - I woke up at 1 a.m hearing someone singing “Good morning”.

The employees are extremely friendly! The hotel is very fresh and clean and looks beautiful. The breakfast is perfect at a nice location. The hotel is really Nice and we are absolutely come back!

The hotel is lovely few minutes walk to bars and restaurants..rooms are good & cleaned daily comfy bed .Staff very friendly especially a shout out to Asli she was so helpful when my wife was poorly she checked on her everyday ..Also Can he was very friendly & Helpful to ,we met some lovely people ..We will definitely be back .
