Pros +
- Property was very nice. Breakfast is included, but there is no lunch and dinner as noted on bookings.com. But the breakfast is wonderful. The staff gentlemen are so kind and helpful. Location is good with a nice downtown in several streets to walk around and eat.
- The staff were amazing. The food was lovely. The room, wasn't big but it was clean and comfortable and in a good location.
- Staff were great, super friendly, especially Valentino. Made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The location was close to everything including restaurants, cafes bars and shops.
Cons -
- I did not like the hairdryer. Burned my hair. It was similar to a Valera Hotello Wall-mounted hairdryer 1200 W. If you have thick hair, it takes a long time to dry with it. I would suggest you Bring your own and bring the proper plug for it. Also, there were only two outlets in the room to plug your phone and devices in. Other than that, it was great.
- There was nothing I didn't like it about it.
- Room was old and tired and in need of an update especially the bathroom

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The manager even made us coffee and a light breakfast before we left at 4:30 am
Very busy area, no parking, bed was not as comfortable, heat was not on when we arrived and the TV and internet stopped working about 7:30 pm.
Good location - short walk to the center. Friendly staff.
Not strong air condition - it was not sufficient for the summer weather (getting hot) - old building. The staff tried to help but not much they could do. Will be great if they have portable fans to borrow.
Everything was just perfect The room was great , clean . The staff are so nice and hospitable
Nothing ?
The breakfast was abundant and the place is very clean. It could use remodeling or updates to improve their overall package.
Breakfast was good. Waiter was exceptional.
Value for the money. There are better places for less than half of the price.
