Absolutely stunning, clean, and in close proximity to great food and drinks. Staff went above and beyond to help us out during our short stay.

They did a good job renovating a Palace in a charming small city in Italy. Luca, the manager, is super kind.

They should moderate and use less fragrance diffuser with a more “neutral” smell

The property was beautiful,unique and so very comfortable. The staff and Luca the manager were ABOVE AND BEYOND helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Truly all the staff treated me as if I was family as I saw with all the guests. This place is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Italy and elsewhere. If I had known i would have spent a few more days. Will definitely be returning. Location great.

It was a little tough to find but that is not the hotel issue that is a googles map issue which I am finding a lot in Calabria. And be sure to call and have them reserve park g for you they are happy to do it.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel with our car sat navigation. After calling the hotel, Elisa was very helpful in guiding us there and assisting in other ways.All the staff were very friendly and courteous.

The staff was very welcoming, the location was ideal (very easy to park around as well) and the hotel and the room were gorgeous. The room was very spacious and very modern.

On my initial 3 day stay in quaint Lamezia-Terme, it seems the whole 70,000 population came to celebrate its Patron Saints, Peter and Paul, in front of the historic Cathedral, where a stage was set up to host the Neri per Caso group, and Ron and his band for the "Festa Città di Gusto”. A beautiful ancient perched village, shadowed by an old Norman fortress, it sits between two oceans. The entrance hall of my Palazzo Greco Stella set the tone of this former police station, transformed into six rooms, opened less than a year ago! Elegant and refined environment, attentive and kind staff, especially Luca, made my initial Italian stay memorable.

Small communication glitches. Breakfast is only pastelerias. Room did not have a view in rooftop.

Everything was perfect. Contact with the hotel, the implementation of requests for airport transfers and special requests for birthday celebrations. I highly recommend.

The staff was very kind and helpful, beautiful venue, clean and comfortable! Close to many great restaurants and quiet at night for a maximum relaxation.

The continental extra charge breakfast was described as gourmet, but we didn’t find it to be so. Toast with scrambeled eggs were burned, and althogh the evening before we were asked about our special dietary needs, they were not forwarded to the kitchen which was a bit unfortunate.

VEry quiet hotel, but nicely run, would be happy to use again and staff went out of there way to help and assist

EVERYTHING!! The staff was amazing, check in process was so smooth. Room was exceptional!! This is somewhere we will book again and again when we come to Italy!!!
