nice bright room, comfortable bed, next to airport, free parking space, friendly receptionist, snack machine on the floor

fridge did not work, tea cooker in the room but only thin plastic cups were provided that melt with hot water, only black tea provided, in the restaurant menu only available through QR code, scanning of QR code did not work. Breakfast very basic,

Location was in the middle of nowhere with an "address" my SatNav/GPS didn't recognise ...

we left behind a Garmin watch which the cleaning staff never reported back & basically stole it!!!!!

My wife left behind a small pouch with a Sports Garmin watch. We called back 3 hrs later and no one could locate the pouch. The cleaning staff had already cleaned the room!! This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a reputable hotel chain. Again, would not want this cleaning staff working for me. Again unacceotable.

Good choice of cakes etc. Plenty of fruit & cereal. Typical European continental breakfast.

Modern clean accommodation

Location a little out of the way. Would need car to get to shops otherwise a bit of a walk.

Balcony was dirty with a paper cup full of cigarette butts and ash. Grounds outside were overgrown, didn't give a good 1st impression.

Ideal for early departures or late arrivals at the airport. It’s an 8 minute drive from the car rentals. Clean and functional.

It would have been nice to have Acess to a pool and a lounge / bar area. Restaurant food a bit limited.

The hotel is correct / Size of room is all right. Location was ok - I knew it. Staff was very kindly. Room was clean.

Air conditioner was not working fine, i.e. did not cool the room. It seems only ventilation took place. Alas, with an outside temperature in the range of 30°C even at night, it ruined the 2 nights I spent at the hotel as it was quite difficult to fall asleep - well after 1:00 AM. I advise the hotel management to fix the issue asap.

Nice hotel. Listing in Booking .com needs to be updated indicating there is no shuttle.

The Booking.com listing indicated there was an airport shuttle. That is why I picked the hotel. But when I arrived, I was told there us no shuttle and I had to take a taxi..costing 25 Euros.

The staff was very kind and available. The late check-in as we arrived around midnight. The easy parking in front of the entrance.

The variety and quality of the breakfast were not up to the standards you would expect from a 4-start hotel. There were double curtains but even with both closed sunlight was entering the room in the morning. The price was a bit high for the value, in particular given the low season (the hotel was empty)

It was very clean and comfortable. We arrived late after the restaurant had closed. We were hungry and they made pizza for us and brought it to our rooms.

Room was hot Ac did not work. We were supposed to get a king bed, and they deceptively put a king sheet/bedding on two twin beds. Did they not think we would not know?

A large comfortable hotel, a little out of town, but that was ok. Dinner was very nice as was the breakfast in the morning.

Very clean and near airport

The Spa facilities were closed, but it didn't indicate on booking.com. The receptionist confirmed that on Booking. Com the spa is still open but infact the spa was closed.

It was a large, warm, comfortable, quiet room with a clean kettle fridge, safe, and plenty of space. Good size shower. What was exceptional, though, was the staff. A lovely, charming group of people going out of their way to make things comfortable and easy for you.

I could have done with an extra duvet, or a thicker one. I have to say that I'm sure that had I asked for one, the superb staff would have got me one immediately. The hotel doesn't run a shuttle to the airport and the cost of a taxi was just over 20 euro. Also, the hotel is rather isolated. Nevertheless, my overall experience was of comfort and care.
