Pasticeria was wonderful, restaurant staff lovely.

Not much to do in the area so if you want more variety perhaps stay in Nicastro

Location, food and price was perfect. Francesco the server was very pleasant to talk too and went above and beyond really made you feel welcome. The patisserie was amazing too. Will stay again if we return to the area.

Parking lot very congested our car was blocked in most of time good thing relatives picked us up daily but when it was time to leave we had to ask to move vehicles in order for us to get out and we waited almost 15 min for them to move them.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The air fresheners everywhere made it special. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us very fast when we needed help. The breakfast was exceptional, variety of pastries. The young man I guess his name was Marco who was serving the breakfast was so polite and professional. I recommend this hotel to everyone. This is a gem in Lamazia Terme.

You need a car if you want to visit other cities/towns around.

Very quiet and clean room, and comfortable dining room with very attentive staff. Great dinner and coffee and pastries available at breakfast.

Would have been nice to have some fruit options and more plain yogurt/kefir at breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at the Cantagalli. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the meals in the restaurant were also very good.

The lighting in our room (where the desk was) was very poor. I was not able work on my laptop computer properly.

The receptionist was very helpful with securing our car in their private parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

Although the mattress was comfortable, the pillows were quite hard for me and there was only one towel for us. The breakfast was sweet and croissants were very good. However, would have been better if there were salty options like bread, ham, cheese, eggs and some yoghurt and fruit for those like us that prefer continental breakfast.

The room was very comfortable, large and clean as was the bathroom.

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the pastry shop was unbelievably good. Would definitely stay there again.

Small room,no drawer,no hangers, balcony of two apartments but no security partition TV only Italian wardrobe with cheap wire hangers.

Friendly staff, willing to provide guidance for tourists visiting Lamezia Terms for the first time.

Poor command of English among staff though this is a commonplace in southern Italy; the town of Lamezia Terme mostly welcomes Italian tourists after all.

The staff was kind and professional

There was no free shuffle to airport/station as promised in the room booklet. When we asked for the shuffle to be booked, concierge booked a taxi instead. The breakfastis poor and only does not offer any savoury food. The AC was too noisy

The breakfast that is included is a continental one: very sweet pastry plus either coffee or tea, served at the pastry shop adjoining the hotel. Very kind staff. We ate at the restaurant one night-- delicious. And yummy gelato. We bought cookies from the shop to give our relatives in town. The location was very convenient for us, with small shops just walking distance from the hotel. Very enjoyable to walk through the narrow old streets.

A bit more choice of pastry in the morning would have been nice. A walking map of Sambiase, Lamezia Terme and Nicastro would be ideal.

I booked because they had said they supplied a SHUTTLE to the Airport which they DON'T have! had to get a taxi there & back to the Airport at an extra cost of €60. My request on booking the Cantagalli was the "SHUTTLE" being my most important request.
