I had forgotten to book a night before my planned reservation. The Owner (?) very promptly found another hotel for me which was very nice of him as I had no idea about finding another hotel.

The breakfast was continental - a coffee and pastries. There was an 8 euro charge.

The location is absolutely perfect — easy to access all the local sights, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled customer service. Every single member of the staff was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made the experience special.The food offerings were delicious — especially the almond orange cake, which is an absolute must-try! I also appreciated the convenience of a full bar on-site for cocktails, adding to the overall comfort and ease of the stay.The accommodations were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. Details like the quality shampoo, lotion, and beautifully scented soaps were a lovely touch. It’s clear that care goes into every detail.Extra perks like easy access to a local cab company and the ability to store small luggage made a big difference in our travel experience. Also, didn’t once question safety as everything felt secure, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed.Highly recommend — this place is a gem, and the staff are its brightest stars.

Couldn't figure out fan/AC unit. Seemed to be off which I understand but it was late May and I end up sweating in the middle of the night with no air in the room. The sound proof windows are top-notch, but if you open them, there is lots of noise from the downtown area late at night.

Perfect location with a modern room.

The internet was weak and very spotty. It went down frequently.

Luca was extremely helpful in organizing taxis to and from the hotel, train, and airport. When we arrived, it was past open hours for restaurants, so he went into the little café and took out a bunch of croissants to hold us over. Very kind :-)

Good beds, we checked in 15 minutes late which was really kind.

Traffic noise, water was lukewarm, WiFi didn't work the first night and the blond female member of staff couldn't fix it and so ran away!

The nice part: - beautiful, minimalist rooms with woorden floor. -the receptionist at check-in. Located at the centre of the city (not worth visiting) The bad: had to ask for another room: the sheets we're not ironed, had the impression they we're slept on already! The receptionist gave me another room. The mini- bar makes a lot of noise. There is no water-cooker ! The heating/cooling unit ( the size of an Apple smartwatch) is impossible to work with and there is no manual in the room. Wanted to reduce temperature from 25 degrees to 18 degrees for sleeping and I couldn't do it. Called the reception, but no answer at around 22h00 Round 6h00 am the light shining through the gap of 5 cm between the 2 curtains. Impossible to close them to darken the room. Then the worst: I was not asked whether all was good: my italian is basic but a 'Tutti Bene?' I understand ! Never assume, always ask! So for me: never again! Albergo centrale: they are not interested in their customers! (except the receptionist at check-in:(Luca?) he was very human and connecting)

The staff was wonderful professional and very accommodating. Bruno made sure we were taken care of. The hotel was updated,beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants, museums and shops. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again

The most relaxed hotel in every respect.Treated like friends from first minute to last.Totally professional and efficient. Bruno, Luca and Abyes, you are stars!We will definitely revisit.

We don't wear rose tinted glasses.Yet still, everything we experienced made us feel happy, and pleased that we had chosen this special, "cute" hotel.

Everything was nice!! The hotel spaces are really clean, modern, and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee, WAU! The hotel's neighbourhood is pleasant with many restaurants and bars. Also is located in the center of everything.

Great location, in the heart of the city of Lamezia. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes.Also staff was always available

Having to leave

We had a great stay. Location is perfect; right in the centre of Nicastro and a stone's throw away from restaurants and shops. The room was spotless and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a very interesting interior with lots of history. The rooms were very spacious, and the view was amazing. The customer service was also exceptional.

I got post that there would be no staff after 21:00, which would have been OK, but both of my flights had been delayed and the airline lost our luggage, So I was really late in check in. But I called and the women in the reception waited for me and showed me everything when I got there and was really helpful.

It's a lovely, modern structure. It' very clean and have very comfortable beds!The breakfast is delicious and nothing is too much trouble for Luca!Thank you we will be back
