Location and convenience due to proximity of terminal building.

Breakfast not available when taking 0610 KLM flight.Price a bit on the high side for OAP, don’t like the price hike during week day stays.

I had thought parking was included - previously it was. Unfortunately this is now extra even for the single night.

Staff were superb and very welcoming and helpful. Room was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable and the shower was terrific.

A lot of pinging noises in the restaurant!

The bed was rock hard and ai barely slept. Spent most of the early hours in the lobby scrolling on my phone.

Very poor and unstable wifi in the room.The Touchdown Bar and Grill were not open on the weekend. The hotel provided simple, microwaved evening meals of reasonable quality but not what you expect from a Hilton

Very convenient location, just few mins walk from the airport. The room is quite large and the bed is quite comfortable, which makes it possible to sleep well.

The location of the room was also not very good, next to the elevator and noise from guests, and from the side of the window you can hear the noise from the nearby road. I've been your guest three times already, and each time my rooms were close to the elevator and the road. Are you serious, or do you have nothing else to offer Booking.com customers?This time, I didn't like the breakfast, there simply wasn't any. Only hot coffee and juice from the machine were available. You know, many guests leave the hotel around 4:50 to catch their first flight from the nearby airport, and it would be very kind of you to at least provide everything necessary to make a morning sandwich, not to mention a full hot breakfast. Or offer the option to book a room WITHOUT BREAKFAST.

The breakfast staff where not helpful and quite obnoxious I asked for vegan sausage and was told we don't have any no apology I asked if there was any scrambled egg and the reply was a tut and it'll be 5 minutes I'm in the middle of somethingOn leaving the property we waited for 5 minutes to hand in the key to reception and Jono e showed up

Didn’t like that I left something in the room and reception weren’t that helpful. There had been a lovely lady earlier but then man tonight wasn’t helpful at all.

Convenient location. Easy registration process.

Shower too hot. Could not be regulated. Additional charge for parking - should be included. No veg/non pork options for breakfast- limited selection for those who do not eat meat. Limited options to dine in hotel in evening

Extra charge for parking is rubbish, especially with it being £140 per night. Biscuits would be a nice touch in the rooms.
