Featuring a heated indoor pool and hot tubs, this Lake Louise hotel offers 2 on-site restaurants and a lounge. Guest rooms include views of the surrounding mountains. Free shuttle service to the Lake Louise Ski resort 2.2 mi away is available during ski season. Free WiFi is provided. A flat-screen cable TV and a coffee machine are provided in each room at Lake Louise Inn. Each private bathroom includes a hairdryer. All suites and apartments includes a balcony and fireplace. Legends Restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Timberwolf Pizza and Pasta Café features family dining. Explorers Lounge offers après ski, with pub-style dinners in a cozy environment. Ski storage and a ski tune-up center are provided on-site at Lake Louise Inn. Guests can enjoy the fitness center. BBQs are provided under covered gazebos for private functions. They allowed me early checkin at around 11 AM with no extra cost at all
QUIET HEATERS!!!! Inexpensive hotels usually have the horrible window-mounted heat/cool units that are loud when they turn on and off. This hotel has QUIET heaters - soooo superior to getting a good night's sleep.

Cons -

Bldg 4 far end has very loud machinery. Ask for a room in the middle. Econo rooms are in a different bldg from hot tubs (cold walk in the winter); no microwaves or fridges. Ask removal of resort fee if not in your internet deal - they charge anyway.
It was old and in need of some refurbishment. Dining options were limited. No bar
I wish I had known there was a shuttle from the hotel to the popular tourist sites. I booked with another company for a higher cost.
