The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

Convenient location; great off-street parking; very friendly staff; good facilities

We didn't have breakfast. We made our own. The rooms were comfortable. We liked the floor plan. It was no trouble to get in and out from our car to the room. It was easy to park and I was very thankful there was plenty of parking.

My husband was disturbed by the low humming that was going on all the time.We didn't know how to change the water from running into the bath to running into the shower. After a lot of fumbling around we stumbled upon the solution. There was no information about this in the handbook.We didn't realise the air conditioner was on and so were quite warm overnight. I realised the next day that it was on and figured out how to turn it off. The toilet being right next to the kitchen was a bit disconcerting.

How understanding the staff were when I asked to change allocated parking spots as the car beside was not parked well enough for me to fit my car between it and the brick wall!

The weather! But that is Melbourne for you, 4 seasons in one day!!

Great location with parking, which needs to be booked in advance for $10/day. Really comfortable bed.

A shame that the TV is not a smart TV

Location was great, though traffic is crazy compared to Adelaide. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Facilities were great with coffee machine and tv where you could use your own streaming services

Very nice, spacious interior and layout of apartment with good dish and silverware selection as well as good appliances. Didn’t use the stove though. Receptiom employees nice.

One night someone was parked in our spot and we had to use another person’s spot which made us feel bad.

Spacious apartment with everything you need for a longer stay if you needed it (eg washing machine, etc)

Reception guy isn't the friendliest and room was confirmed to be ready at 12pm, but wasn't ready until 1:30pm.

We had booked 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but were given a 1 bathroom but management gave us a discount for the confusion

Apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay including full kitchen set up and accessories.2 x TV's, electric blinds, balcony, comfy beds, plenty of storage and exceptionally clean. Lock up carparking was also great.Close to shops, restaurants and cinemas.

the apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen. Televisions were high quality and easy to use.

Location was wonderful...just out of the CBD but accessible by tram. This kept the price slightly lower than a CBD apartment.We needed 3 rooms, so 2 rooms were used adjoining. The space was great. We had a toddler.Internet was great - I needed it for an international zoom meeting. It worked well.

The apartment is clean and has everything I need especially with a Google television and it is very handy to the shops and public transport

I stayed here for work, everything was clean and comfortable and a short easy walk to cafes and shops.Felt like a safe area for a solo traveller also.

Nice large, bright room with comfortable bed. Convenient location and very reasonably priced undercover parking.

Unfortunately the coffee machine frother in the room was missing a part and did not work, and the inside of washing machine was very mouldy. Spa bath had a lot of black mould come out of the jets and could not be used. Gas oven was difficult to get working initially.

Location is good. Easy parking on the week end on the street in front of the property. Quick entry. Easy to book.

Single bathroom. Entry to building is small and fairly unimpressive.
