Large hotel, great views if you are on the top floors. Reliable internet for work. Clean and tidy rooms.

My card was always having issues, I stayed for a couple of nights, and it was always horrible trying to is the card because it was deactivated (not sure if this was a software issue of someone in the staff). Not a fan of carpet floors.

The location with access to the malls and some restaurants.The facilities and environment were clean.

The bed should be checked. It was a bit too soft and uncomfortable for the back. I felt it the morning after.They could improve the menu but I guess it is a business hotel so the menu generally caters for breakfast only.

The room was unfinished: no towels, one dirty towel left behind, and no coffee.The coffee service should be better. One cup pod for a four-cup coffee maker??? Cups would be nice, not Styrofoam.Given that Mexico is a coffee heaven, it was disappointing to have to buy coffee at Starbucks for a decent cup. It would have been more convenient and enjoyable to have a good cup of coffee in my room or, at least, at the breakfast buffet.

We needed a pet friendly hotel as we were travelling with our dog. They said they were pet friendly on booking. Of which they were. However the charge for her was almost the same as the entire hotel room cost. 4 times the next highest cost of any place we stayed in the world. The was no indication of cost until we arrived that night. These costs need to be transparent to customers on the Booking website!!

Very overpriced. Plastic plates, radio phone in the room that doesn't work. NO hairdryer in the room. Once arrived, there were only 2 towels (no hand, feet). Every time for any request had to go to reception. Breakfast was good. The stuff helpful. But in within the policy - very not Hyatt!!!

I liked the staff very welcoming, the bed and the breakfast. It was a good location to visit some of my customers located on the center part of the island.

The gym is not well equipped. It is missing a multifunctional equipment for doing other body parts. There are no gym towels or hand towels in the rooms. The air conditioning was not working a couple of days.

it needs maintenance. looks like no one has given maintenance to the property in a long time. the floors in the elevator and lobby are coming loose

The furniture at the pool needs renovation, all were broken, would be nice with som parasols to find some shaddow. Missing a pssibilty to make tea or coffe in the room

There was some alarm at the night all over the hotel for no reason. And the dinner we ordered was made 1 hour and then i couldnt wait the tacos anymore so i cancelled the order.

You can argue about the place of the hotel in the city. For me it was convenient because I was on my way to Villahermosa. Very cozy spacious room, big bed, excellent bathroom and good view. I had to go on but I would love to stay for another night.

I am a bread lover. Not the “pan tostado” or the “pan dulce” but a regular piece of bread for my eggs, ham and cheese. I missed that. But for the rest the breakfast was wonderful as well.

The bed is super comfortable as are the rooms. love that shower! it’s a solid business hotel. easy and efficient. We were there one night, driving across country, and they took good care of us.

The restaurant and bar, while there, are not really there. Maybe short staffed, or COVID protocols but it’s just not an inviting space. Several restaurants are in walking/driving so easy to find something else.

Super hotel, lovely large room, quality fittings. Quiet at night. Everything is very clean and covid - careful. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Also has a nice pool. Recommended

Everything was good. Only small problem was that receptionist couldn't understand that my booking total price included taxes.
