Desayuno gratis pero no obtienes 2 desayunos gratis. La habitación solo una... hay que pagar 200 pesos por el desayuno de la otra persona y el personal del restaurante fue muy mala actitud. Tomó 15 minutos para conseguir café. renunció a la izquier

There was no buffet breakfast, was allowed only one option from the menu. Same breakfast everyday! 2 eggs, frijoles with 2 tortilla chips, & 2 slices of fried plantain.

Asked for some extra bedding, said they didn’t have! Asked them to fix the hairdryer.. had no hairdryer! Could have taken my own.No water in basin or shower Monday morning. Not ideal not being able to have a shower and be presentable when travelling home. Oh yeah, not that I’m really bothered, but they hand out control pads for the tv, these don’t work also.The gym, absolute disgrace.

They took dogs. We were travelling from Quintana Roo to Queretaro and this was our first stop on the moving journey with my dog. We didn't stay for breakfast. In fact we left as soon as we could.

The dinner was abysmal, we ordered enchiladas after an incredibly disappointing drink order process. The bar (which they had one, separate from the restaurant, however it was closed on a Friday night) selection was, and I am not kidding, tequila. Not margaritas or palomas, just tequila. The wine selection was a bottle of Lambrusco (gross), and the ONLY beer they had was room temperature amber (I can't recall if it was Victoria or Indio, I am more of a lager person and didn't even finish the one I ordered). The front desk was less than attentive. No offer to help with luggage, they didn't answer the phone for more than 30 minutes while we drove around lost for 45 mins due to GPS taking us to an alternative location with the same location information (not their fault, however not answering added unnecessary time since once they did and sent us their location via whatsapp we were able to find them - booking.com got the address wrong), then after we unloaded the car of all the stuff we were travelling cross country with, we discovered there was no cold water - which meant the toilet wouldn't flush. To remedy this they wanted us to move rooms - keep in mind I had just carried in 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons, my dog, my laptops (work and personal) and some other incidentals that would be inviting to a thief without any offer of help (I noticed the bell hop cart as we were leaving and the car was already loaded, so even an offer for the cart would have been a huge help!) We were exhausted, unsated by canned chicken in our bland enchiladas and luke warm beer (singular), so we asked for a bucket to flush water down the toilet and went to bed. We were on the road by 6am without breakfast because why? I can't imagine it would have been worth sticking around for..

A comfortable stay just a short walk from the ADO bus station and easy to find. The pool was a nice place to cool off.

I booked a free shuttle to the airport and when I went to check the following morning thay told me it was not available. I had to miss breakfast in order to catch my flight. Not impressed as my main reason for booking the hotel was the free airport shuttle.

TThey do not like Americans..moved me twice to different room and did help move my things..charged more than listing..was over charged for every meal and beverage transaction

Outside our room there were two men who stayed drinking all night and were still there when we had breakfast in the morning. Do I care about this? No, but they were so loud and noisy and no-one wanted to do anything about it.

This is a beautiful hotel and after a long, tiring day of driving, we were really looking forward to a good meal at the restaurant with a nice glass of wine. We did not feel like going out searching for a restaurant and were happy the hotel had one. What a disappointment, the meal was okay but the only wine offered was Lambrusco, not what one expects from such a hotel, the choice of beer was also very limited. We settled for sparkling water. The rooms were top notch, the staff very helpful. The pool and courtyard area is very attractive. We would certainly stay there again but this time find a good restaurant.

The restaurant needs some attention in what is offered, etc., to be what is expected at such a lovely hotel.

Very nice looking Hotel. The room was clean and the bed comftable. I can reccomend the hotel.

The pool are was not very clean, some of the chairs outside were broken. We booked including breakfast but had to pay still since only one breakfast per room was accepted, not per person. This was not very clear.

I liked the interior of the hotel, parking on premises and good location.
