It was very nice hotel, the staff very friendly

When we arrived the room didn't have towels, so I had to ask the house keeper for towels.

Location was the only good thing. It was close to the beach so it had a decent view. Everything else, please see the what didn't you like section.

Floors were dirty, lots of stains. Corridors and elevators also dirty.The first room (204) had a drainage problem. Water on the floor coming from the toilet seat. That is disgusting. Also the window treatments were in poor condition. Your maintenance team should be ashamed. Breakfast was edible but not something you'd like to have every morning.

Or May is out of season I think it's more or less for oil rigs employee which is in that area. The apartments are well taken care of. The personnel spoke English. The breakfast was included in the price.

All tableware used for breakfast was one use only. I would prefer if the hotel used pieces that can be washed and used again. This is producing an excessive amount of unnecessary waste.

There was no wifi accessibility above the second floor. I moved to the first because of it. My room flooded when it rained.

The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable, must of the furniture in the bed are in bad condition, the price for the hotel is high comparing the amenities and furniture

Perfect hotel for those on the road. Polite and professional staff. Simple and comfortable room. Simple breakfast, but this is usual for hotels like this one. So absolutely nothing to complain about.

This is a workers hotel and it is not fitted for families. The room has no fixed ventilation and you cannot open the window , the smell in the room was very bad. In addition the WC was plugged and no one was able to solve the issue. The breakfast is poor and not in line with the expectation. Finally the swimming pool is not open due to some repair (it is not reported in the booking... definitely it is not recommended
