The staff! My car broke down when I tried to leave, and they went way beyond the call of duty, to help me out during this stressful event. In fact, Anely at the front desk brought in her mechanic boyfriend to help me get my car started when other mechanics I’d paid for failed to fix the issue. These new mechanics refused to let me pay (who does that, in this day and age?!). Throughout all of this the terrific, baggage handlers, where amazing too! My car was packed to the nines, with cats and personal items, and they emptied, and repacked everything up, over and over again. muchos gracias ??

Dated rooms and hotel in general. Gym equipment in a state of disrepair (normal in Mexico).Unremarkable stay.

The manager tried to fix the booking mistake. She was professional.

My booking at the hotel was different as my booking at booking.com :( And the personal at the reception wasn't very friendly to me. A few days previous to my stay at this hotel, my family and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express and we had a great time there, but we did a trip and then we came back for our last days in Mexico and I thought we will be in a better hotel, but what a mistake! It wasn't what we where expecting according to our booking and quiet more expensive than the Holiday Inn Express and we had a bad experience there. I won't recommend this hotel.

Hotel is close to the airport and I believe they offer a free shuttle.

No flexibility for check in, even 25 minutes before 3PM.

Only upside, the staff is lovely. Everyone was really welcoming.The bed was pretty comfortable too

DONT TRUST THE PHOTOS! The restaurant is fine for breakfast but feels more like a cafeteria, definitely not a place you want to have dinner. which is really expensive btw. A shop across the street started loud music at 6:45 AM. AM. Our room was empty, like furniture had been removed, and uncomfortable. The whole place feels like it should be 50% cheaper than it is. Just not worth it.

this hotel is very tired. The sheets, towels, bathroom everything needs updating. All a bit grey

Breakfast good, location good, good with free meals for children, treats for pets. Good that requests are being answered. Pool area good

The air condition was difficult too keep at good temperature, either too warm or too cold. The shower needs maintenance.

The swimming pool courtyard area is actually very beautiful and has many outdoor seating and tables that allowed us to bring in food from outside and sit comfortably. This was a quick stop over on a road trip and was sufficient in every way.

The pool area was great and the pool was heated so we could swim comfortably until 10pm. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant had a good menu. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed felt very luxurious & comfortable. We had the air conditioning set quite cool so we could enjoy the big, warm duvet. There were two of each soft & firm pillows. Lots of water pressure in the shower. We opted for breakfast included & were pleased with the options. The hotel & staff maintained good strict covid protocols, & we felt safe.

Pet friendly only means you can have your pet in your room. Can't even have it on a lead at the outside bar
