The location

That every day my room key need to be activated and that every morning around 9 am a lady nock the door asking if I need laundering service

The people working there. They always go the extra mile to please their guests. Included breakfast was excellent

The room is ok, quite spacious

We expected more for thw money you pay, room is ok, but would be nice to have also towels for hands as the wash-basin is outside the bathroom. Breakfast is ok but get quite crowded and the stuff isn’t ready for it at all.Also only 1 elevator was working which for full horel isn’t sufficient

Breakfast, pillows and shower were all disappointing

Nice clean 7 minutes away from the Malecon and all restaurants and bars hotel bed nice every thing was good and good breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to restaurants, attractions, and the waterfront. It was easy to get around and felt very convenient for our stay.

There was no hot water available in the entire building during our stay. It's something the hotel definitely needs to fix.

The location is a 20-30 minute walk to the closest restaurants. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Still safe though.The beach of Ciudad del Carmen leaves a bit to be desire in comparison to other areas in Mexico. Heavy presence of oil industry.This has nothing to do with La Venta - I booked the hotel for around $35USD and Booking.com changed my rate to $70USD AFTER I confirmed payment on $35. I had no options other than to pay full price when I arrived at the hotel as there was a zero-cancellation policy. After experiencing this, I noticed the same practice being done on the next property I wanted to book in a different city. This is the last time I ever used Booking.com, I have no idea how many times they have done this before. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY PRACTICE from BOOKING.COM!!! (Nothing to do with La Venta Inn!!!!!!)

The shower was amazing, and the beds were really comfy. The staff was really friendly as well. Good location near the beach - nice and quiet.

Quite disappointing experience

-Advertized as a 4 star on booking but it is a 3 star hotel.-Staff said there was no airport shuttle. When I told them the feature was on the website and my reason for my stay they said it was full at the hour I asked for it but available 30 minutes before. - the couch in my jr suite was heavily stained. - full kitchenette but no glass or cups or utensils or plates.

Efficient staff, good room with everything working. We had a room with gulf view and could see the ocean from our bed.There's a pool and good parking facilities in front.

Nice big room, comfy bed, good breakfast. Quite at night.Taxi from ADO to hotel $50 Mexican.

Remote location, most places appeared closed. Beach not good. Convenient stop off between Campeche and Villahermosa.

Disappointing

Stay spoiled because the restaurant closed an hour earlier than advertised.

No service to help with bags on arriving. We arrived around 9.30 pm and they told us the restaurant was closed, although in the hotel description in Booking.com it says that it is open until 10 pm. They said last orders 9pm - well I'm sorry but that means you are closed at 9pm., not 10pm. We had to order food from outside which arrived about `11pm.

Pet Friendly, clean, hurricane season so the grounds were flooded. We loved the beach here 7 years ago so many sand dollars. Shallow beach. Nice pool comfy beds. We traveled a bit out of our way because of the previous great service.

I appreciated the quality of the accomodation. It was very clean, kind and accomodating staff, good breakfast and coffee options (capuccino by request + extra fee), HVAC worked well, elevators a luxury, secure rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great views from rooms, adjacent to beach access, adjacent to a few businesses but still close to town center

Buffe, The buffe was amazing, there were many options. National and international food was at the buffe
