Away from the crowds! Great and well maintained grounds and gardens with a small but pleasant swimming pool. Quiet area close to the sea. Very clean and great staff. Fun bar next door.

This was perfect for a short stay - a longer stay would probably require a car since it is far from groceries, restaurants, etc. Restaurant on site OK but few local options.

Isolated location - no other amenities close

Keith, Isaac, Jeff, and a few groundskeepers were very friendly and helpful. The landscaping is awesome. The sidewalks and pool area were very clean, the plants were healthy and the beds were neatly kept. A++ on the grounds and landscaping.

For the price, the food should be A LOT better. Food doesn't need to cost that much. A 6 oz burger for $22.50 US ? We got some over priced shrimp tacos, there was one cold grilled shrimp on each taco that had been sliced longitudinally after grilling, sigh. I'd expect better even at average prices. If I were staying there I would try to bring food and beverages.

Used as an airport lay-by sleeping spot, as convenient as we could get. Hotel and staff for the few hours there were lovely

This was an unexpected trip as we had been affected by the Heathrow shut down. This is a wonderful hotel with great rooms, facilities, food and staff. Everyone was amazing. It is 2 mins walk to a small beach where one can paddle and watch the wind/kite surfers. A short 5 minute trip taxi to Oistins and the two beaches there, one of which is very calm. We could not have been more well treated. It is a very new hotel, fresh, clean and extremely comfortable. Excellent value for money. A real treat.

Honestly, there is nothing we didn't like.

Roads poor to get to hotel, but once you arrive lovely landscape and in general very nice hotel.

Overpriced, but this is Barbados for a nice hotel in peak season. Hotel is closer to the airport but not near primary sightseeing, and lack of hotel running their shuttle meant we ended up being crammed into a minibus that we had asked the hotel to call for us, with too many other hotel guests being overcharged to get to the airport, with cases piled everywhere, literally paying over double normal rate.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent. A little bit isolated but that suited us.

The only criticism would be the menu. The menu and food were very good, but, could’ve done with a little more variety for a seven day stay.

Attractive looking hotel, nice pool and very pretty gardens.Comfortable bed and pillows.Very good dinner. All staff were lovely.

Room and room amenities a bit basic for the price. Breakfast not included either. Area looks as if it will be developed but at present seems remote from facilities. But, to be fair, we didn’t explore, only drove from the airport and back.

The staff were lovely. Buildings are new. Grounds are gorgeous!

The staff at the South Point Hotel reception were great, really helpful and friendly.The general vibe of the hotel was also very nice, it never felt overcrowded, it was always easy to get a sun lounger. The restaurant was also good, which was nice if you didn't want to go out for the evening.Spotlessly clean everywhere with lovely landscaping that was also maintained perfectly.Rooms were well appointed with everything that you need.

Sometimes the service at the bar and restaurant could be a little slow and were also pretty expensive.The hotel is also in quite a remote area with very little within walking distance and unfortunately the hotel arranged shuttle service was very expensive compared to alternatives. We found out how and where to pick up a local minibus which was very good value and highly recommended if you want to visit Bridgetown, for example.For a hotel that has aspirations of being a top class venue, I think the addition of a gym and availability of spa treatments would be a great bonus.

Clean close to the pool

No beach Uppon arriving after reserving , we were told our room was not available anymore, they were overbooked and said like all other hotels say that there was a glitch in the systemAfter a wait , they gave us a room with one bed for me and my daughter

It’s a new hotel, nice decor, lovely rooms just all very nice

We didn't end up needing to stay the night...booked just in case of an overnight flight delay...took advantage of the guest passes for 3 adults and 2 children

No views from restaurant or pool, or the room which we were allocated; to be honest the food was not great, I expect higher quality/better selection for lunch

Cleanliness, kitchen was clean and well supplied.

The flowering fragrance sense in room was very over powering, I believe it might have been coming out of air conditioner.

Superb accommodation, super friendly staff and a premium vacation experience. The hotel is covered with beautiful vegetation and close to a public beach. The room was lovely and with a very comfortable bed. Great staff everywhere and well trained.

The staff was great. Very welcoming. The grounds are fabulous, and the rooms are spacious and lovely decorated.

The food was awful. I was able to express my issues with general manager and they said they are in the process of restructuring the kitchen. There's no food near by so be aware of that if you book.

The staff were lovely The hotel and grounds looked superb. We had a very nice short stay and are returning.

The beds are a great size but to be too firm. Needs a topper for comfort.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Almost every staff member greets you when you pass by them. Nice , relaxing atmosphere. Beach was but a few minutes away with a nice path leading directly there. The beach nearby does not attract a lot of tourists. The drinks from the bar were great. The pool area was comfortable.

I paid for an ocean view and when I got there they said they didn’t have an ocean view available for me, which was very important to me for my 25th anniversary. The food Menu can definitely use an upgrade it is more about presentation than flavor. With it being in a secluded area we were very disappointed because having to get a descent meal you better go elsewhere. Luckily we ventured off to the only neighboring resort “ Surfers Bay Resort” where they had great food, live bands on the weekend and an amazing vibe. I think if they were to revise their food menu, they can definitely be an all around great resort.
