Cleanliness ranks no 1 in my opinion. Friendly welcome was deeply appreciated. The response was swift for questions and concerns.

For a self catering establishment, utensils such as cutlery and a couple of bowls would have been very helpful, even if the room is single.

I like the Staff and location,facilities there is not much to do.Their pool is small but overall the place is good.

The family room,all beds are in one room,they should 2 separated room,they don't put flat sheets and no sofas to seat and relax ,the put dstv only which made time spent there so boring as there no variety of things to watch,the must consider put Netflix ,showmax and more entertainment.

Bottled water was left n the room. Communication by staff and reception were excellent and they were very accomodating and helpful in our check in which occurred late in the night.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The lady at reception gave me a call to tell me that the room was ready. When the gent saw me checking out he fetched my luggage and took it to my car. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property was immaculate, beautiful finishes and very quiet rooms. We couldn’t tell there were other guests there. Rooms are well sized and beds although firm were very comfortable. Bedding was excellent. Staff are there for you 24/7 and they are super helpful. Rooms are sparkling clean!

The stairs are a bit of a mission if you forget something in your car or upstairs

The aircon in the room dripped water all night, so it was not pleasant.

I liked everything about place very quiet and clean and don't get me started about the stuff very respectful and always available ???

The lights needs to be isolated, you should be able to dim them or at least isolate areas.The kitchen lights and living room lights can't be on one switch the eletric sockets are only in the bedroom and kitchen counter. In this day and age, we need to charge laptops and phones. Work on the balcony. They are far. The constant power outage with no hot water no aircon, plugs not working so no charging. Needs proper backup with solar and inverter. The is two many tiled with no carpets. The stairs to get up to the roon

2 bathrooms, great balcony space, clean & tidy

Unexpected amount of stairs, parking lot was a sewerage pit. Need better coffee

Everything was perfect ? except for the fact that . I clearly stated that I was booking for four people ,but there were 2 cups and 2 glasses , like teaset it for 2 people .Otherwise, thanks. We had a lovely stay.

Parking is a real problem and our room next to reception was very noisy.

Modern, value for money, was perfect for what we needed, it was very comfortable, great that the room has a bar fridge and microwave. The shower was lovely in terms of water pressure and temperature. Pool is a bonus. Security was good with lots of cameras and 24 hr reception.

Parking is very hectic as there isn't much space when busy. Stairs are a bit steep and strenuous from parking to the apartment. Especially when carrying things from the car. I can assume it's worse when it rains as there's no cover. Aircon kept making weird noises when it was off. No air freshener in the bathroom. Outdoor seating areas and pool seating don't have any cover or umbrellas for the sun. A bit noisy in the mornings with cars as the main road is across.

I loved the rooms, they were very nice and provided comfortability and style which is what I always look for when I travel

At arrival, about 30 minutes after checking in - a staff member came to ask us to tone down the noise and we had a radio on yes, and we apologized even though we still believe we didn't make noise that was unreasonable and it was during the afternoon. We were all were adults, and I want to believe we are reasonable human beings. Later in the evening, we came back from having dinner, we were sitting and talking in the lounge, no radio not even a tv was on...and we heard a knock on the door, a guy called Mohamed came to ask us to tone it down. At first, when he was knocking, I jumped up and asked who was it, he answered "its your boyfriend" maybe he was joking I don't know, but that didn't sit well as we were not expecting any guests, let alone a male guest for that matter. Anyway, I opened the door after asking a couple of times, who it was. He found us sitting in the lounge talking, noise level was so low, you could hear a pin dropping on the floor. He insisted we were disrupting other guests, I responded by saying but are we not allowed to sit and talk inside our room, we are not even sitting outside in the patio. I found that very unreasonable and being undermined as I was also a guest and I also paid to stay at your place. Yes, I would have understood if we were having a party or something but being asked to whisper just because other guests are sleeping was a big no for me. We are decent, respectable and responsible adults and I felt like we were treated like hooligans and that made our stay very very uncomfortable after that. we travel a lot and always with the same friends, we have never experienced such treatment before. I was very disappointed really to say the least. The place was really nice but the experience we had changed the whole perception about our stay all together. We even left your kitchen are clean yesterday morning, didn't break any glasses or plates to anything in the room.

Cold water, power cuts, there is a lot of tyling no mats, especiallyin the bed roo.. No oven. Not enough twin plugs. The lights, one switch for living area kitchen and passage. It is too bright. Get a dimmer or a switch for each section. Beds are short length, my feet hang out. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Cutlery and pots old. Cutlery doesn't have steak knives 7p

It’s a beautiful place. It’s new and very clean. The staff is wonderful especially Mohammed who has amazing hospitality skills. He made our stay truly worthwhile. Thank you Mo and team.
