Loved the view from the room, the sound of the waves and the breeze was delightful.The rooms are quite warm, with excess to an aircon if neeeded. overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Pool and close access to the beach.

We were on the 7th floor and there is only a single lift which broke down twice during our stay. Not ideal if you have knee issues.

We booked this resort specifically because it was advertised as offering a relaxed and tranquil environment — exactly what we needed for a peaceful weekend getaway. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the complete opposite. It was a weekend out of hell, filled with constant noise every single day. There was absolutely no sense of calm or rest at any point during our stay.The establishment’s claim of providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere is completely false and misleading. We left more exhausted than when we arrived. If you’re looking for peace, rest, or a place to unwind, this is not the place to go. The management should be held accountable for false advertising and the lack of control over the disruptive noise levels.Extremely disappointing experience — we will not return and cannot recommend this resort to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway.

The place looked nice

My room was horrible I booked studio sea view i called to make that was the case I got room 405 no view at all my TV didnt work my phone didn't work I had to use my cell the whole time to.make calls to reception and restaurants house keeping was very disappointed has I sent alot of money and was my first time bad experiences. Spoke to the lady at reception was no help overall very bad stay

Location is great

The building is showing its age, they are however renovating some public areas and it is quite noisy during the day.

The restaurants had good food and swimming pool was nice.

The parking space is too small, the playing area for kids is not descent at all, floor 1 which we were staying was not descent, having to pass the laundry rooms and other doggy places, it looked like a dumping area ....it was not nice and attractive at all.

my second room was lovely - with a bath and shower and very little wind blowing into the room - i put a towel to block the wind so that was more bareable.

first i was in a studio that had alot of wind coming in. This is the 3rd time i am put in sich a room, the previous time i left with a horrible flu. This time i requested a different room. The hotel rooms are more to my liking even though it was cheaper to book the hotel rooms that have a beautiful bath, than t was the studio. Very strange pricing.

Ignoring the intrusive construction, the rooms are tatty, look poorly maintained and worn out. The refrigerator in the room stank and did not work. The service in the restaurants was slow and unfriendly.

The service at the pool area was very poor. We asked about 4 waiter for assistance, and the 5th one took our order. The place was untidy. The tables were not clean. Lounger were wet. Was not up to std at all..

carry out maintenance in my room during my stay - not a great experience - no wifi pass word - had to ask for it

Mould on curtains in room and in bathroom. Reception is under construction (would be good to have an alternate reception area setup)

Best seafood restaurant on the premises.

The contraction without notice, and the lift being out of order, staying on the 6th floor was a bit inconvenient.

The lodge had great activities to keep us guests entertained. The live music was a fun experience and we got to meet other music lovers.We stayed on the ground floor, stunning ocean views.Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating.

The building is still going through major renovations. Reception and most of the ground floor passages were dusty and under active construction. Our room started to leak badly during the heavy rains.

Facilities and location is amazing.

I booked family room off booking.com and what room you book and what room you get are different, this should be resolved because it's false adverting, when I brought this up with reception they brushed it off and was pretty rude that there's nothing she can do, you could see she was trying to get rid of me, I then went back to reception and told her I'm not happy and then she only spoke to her manager which they gave us room 810 this room was so dirty and falling to pieces, no one should stay in that room, it needs some serious cleaning, we tried to make the best of the room as possible, We have stayed here every holiday for over the last 3 years and have never been so disappointed. Even the reception lady, she has helped me every time we have been there.Not sure what went wrong this time. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff are pleasant however the property is run down, "tired" and definitely needs a lot of work to revive it and freshen up.

Everything is looking outdated and old. The property appears run down and needs a fresh look.
