Location is great

The restaurants don’t have ventilation so you’ll have to change multiple times throughout the day to get rid of the food smell. The beach is not serviced

Breakfast was spectacular. Room was super especially the pillows (give me your supplier). Staff were superb The reception and front desk staff are fabulous.. I love them.. one lady in particular was so helpful and i'm going to mess up her name but she needs to be thanked.. Her name begins with an L and helped so much when we left something behind yesterday

The waitress at the restaurant on the 1st floor. She didnt get the order right at all. Forgot one item and got one other item totally wrong. When we went back to the restaurant she didnt come to speak to us at all but sent someone else. Something like that puts a negative on all the other wonderful experiences

Beautiful location. Spacious room with fantastic views of the ocean and an espresso machine. The breakfast was epic (buffet style) with an incredible array of options. The staff were friendly and attentive. A wonderful experience and we will be back!

Better seating in the bar. The deck area needs to be expanded, it's too cramped.

The Zimbali club beach club is run down and overall facilities need a revamp, pavings need cleaning and tiles need replacing and some areas need to be painted

The facilities, and all the staff was great. The restaurant was also great and I guess the view is also amazing but I don't know if you can temper with with the view even if you wanted to because it is just there.

When you dial #9 from the room, it took for ever for someone to pick up the phone. Please clarify the transport arrangement for travelling beyond the range of the curtesy transport. I felt scammed into paying R500 for a trip which would have been half of that had I ordered an Uber. Lack of clear communication from the staff was the reason. Please get the cleaners to clean the sliding doors that fold into the walls, especially since my glass walls had streaks of dried up soapy water running down in some places especially where they enclose the bath tub.

Location was amazing with amazing view. Breakfast was brilliant with a lot of options. Loved it!

The shower had an issue where we had to hold the lever manually so that the top shower head stayed on and flowing, otherwise the bottom hand held shower head would be on constantly.

Great place, good facilities and pool area, plus non-swimming beach access. Decent spa, overall a great experience. The staff are great, very friendly and attentive. Food was good and lots of choice at breakfast. The in-room order website is great

Could do with more options on the room service menu, and some of the in-room meals were ok but not great relative to the very high price.

I loved everything about the Facility??..The staff was very welcoming and super friendly . Our room was beautiful,big,clean and comfortable .food was also mouth watering. The whole environment was beautiful.

The venue, the food and the hospitality is sublime.

Ive stayed here twice and the sink in the rooms seems to be tilted and accumulates water and doesn't completely drain. Kids club closes at 5pm which isn't helpful for little ones that get bored at supper time. They should run it until 7pm.

Close to the beach, breakfast and supper was very nice with options. Arranged a Birthday surprise for my wife satisfactorily.

I booked a luxury room with a balcony. To my surprise, the room allocated to me had no balcony. I asked the next morning the reason for not getting what I booked for. Then I was moved to another room 3112 which had balcony. But the room and carpet was wet the whole. We closed the doors and opened the aircon so that it can dry from 11:00 in the morning until 17:30. When we got back the room was still wet. About 3 cleaners came to clean the room and indicated that the room has got that problem hence it was not occupied. We had a 1 year old child and he was blocked already because of the aircon. We eventually complained again around 20:00 in the evening because we could take it any longer. We we then moved to another room (3rd room) which was fine and exactly what I booked. This was frustrating for us because we were there to enjoy the birthday in peace but we ended up complaining for us to be catered for what we paid for.

The first room they put us in was a disaster,looked like it wasn’t cleaned,had stains all over then I complained,they came and checked the room then they moved us to a better one

Overall almost everything including the comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner.... amazing pool area and the welcoming was great.
