Everything was excellent

Right across the road from the train station easy to get to. Easy to get a feed. Simple pub accommodation.

It is close to the station and Westfield shopping centre

For years I have staying there and it always had free breakfast. Now they don’t. The shower head would not stay in place I had to tie it up to stay in place so I could shower. The carpet had lots of stains and whole room needs to be upgraded. There is no USB ports .

Conveniently located in Hornsby near train and shopping center and local cafes. Linens were clean and crisp bed was comfortable.

A bit rundown definitely in need of some modernization. There was virtually no front desk staff. Located above a pub not sure it would be quiet on the weekends, but we didn’t stay on a weekend so I can’t be sure.

The availability to railway station, shopping centre and restaurants was excellent! We also managed to get parking at front door at all times.

The room was a bit tight for 3 adults, but we did expect that, and were only there to sleep.

The property was located conveniently, close to train and shopping.

The property is old and in need of updating. The linen’s were clean and crisp, there was coffee tea and milk in the room. The floor felt dirty and the remote was tacky to the touch. We only saw staff 1 time during our stay at check in. Above a bar but surprisingly quiet.

To much light coming in to the room from the corridor at night.

Location, food and drinks good. Bar staff and manager were all great.

Shower in the bathroom needed cleaning. Fridge not working people, everything was wet, with wet spots from leaking on the floor.

I usually like it there but the experience was awful because I thought I had a twin share room also I’m in remission for aggressive breast cancer and needed a retreat with my adult son which was not fair because we had to share a bed plus the room was tiny

Tried to change booking to another room they wouldn’t do it due to booking with you plus I’m cranky because I couldn’t cancel I thought you could as I read the fine print when booking then I couldn’t change it soo it was too much stress I’m not supposed to have any stress because of my cancer etc

The location is pretty good and close to train station and shops.

-The carpet looked really old and dirty stains. -The room was worn down. -The blanket has stains.- It didn't give impression of hotel or inn at all.

We stayed many times...my grandson loves it there because it's right in the Westfield and convenient for his school..we walk around the mall and plenty of places to eat...

Nothing for me ..it's all good...

Great service and restaurant!

A little run down but very clean and tidy

I was surprised at how clean and equiped this hotel was. The check in was friendly and it was a comfortable bed.

Had a nice pub with it

the parking was difficult and it was karaoke night so it was loud.

Good location for catching the train to the city. Parking onsite was practical and affordable as well.

Unfortunately when we went to leave on Tuesday morning there was a chain across the car park which was preventing us from leaving the car park. Most of the doors in the building were locked and it was only when I found a back door that was slightly ajar and found a worker inside that I started to get some resolution to the problem. He was not a employee of the Inn but rang someone and escorted me around to the car park, where another worker dropped the chain so we could leave.I was given no information about the chain situation so I feel that was poor communication on the Inn"s part as they knew we only had a booking for one night and would be leaving that day.

Old dingy room and construction work which began at 5:50am

Good location. Dinner at pub was good. Free parking.

Small outdated room. Worst shower ever. Couldn’t lock the window. Fan ticked. Wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t paid nearly $300 for the room!
