The place was small, but it was good enough.

Run down the bathroom, broken shelve, nowhere to put soap for the shower and the damaged toilet seat,

Great friendly staff, value for money and close to everything.

New furniture. The operator has attempted to improve the property but there is only so much you can do with the property.

It is an old structure which has issues. Broken tiles, basin taps exceptionally difficult to turn on or off. Poor bathroom.

Nice room and most facilities.

DID NOT HAVE ANY HOT WATER FOR MOST OF THE STAY, OWNER NOT HELPFUL.

Air con in room was behind a wall and so the room never cooled down

The bed was good, the room was clean.

I called in to pick up a key as I was involved in a sporting event 30 minutes away from Cowra, and I knew I would not get back in normal trading hours. I was charged an extra $20:00 for picking up the key. As predicted, I arrived at the motel after normal trading hours, would they have charged me for getting the key after hours?No hot water in the morning. No contact number in the room, had to walk to the closed office to get an afterhours number, which no answered.

Good location. Clean.

Everything there was advertising of a pool and there wasn't one

Whilst rooms ok, outside the place is rundown, leaves everywhere, dead and half dead plants in pots. Got the feeling it was about to close

Pet friendly and drive to the door

Many lights not working. Architraves and trim split and flaking paint. Bathroom very cramped. Generally tired facilities. They charged an additional $25 for a pet. This was not declared in the Booking.com listing.

Price and location, on the main street but still fairly quiet.

Was perhaps a budget stay without the budget price tag.

Clean and reasonably quiet after 9pm.

Further than expected from the centre.Could do with some basic maintenance.

Staff were nice

Fridge wasn't that good.Cleaning waa too early, if we put on clean signafter 10 it didn't get cleaned

I was able to have my 2 dogs in the room. So for that it was great

Very spacious room, great for a family. Parking right out the front of the room and walking distance to everything in town
