Civic Motor Inn

Location, neat.

Weird smell in the room, tap water was brown. Quie inconvenient.

Quite yet close to town & parks clean newly revamped rooms, friendly& helpful owners and very good price 👍

Not really

The lady who arrived us was warm and welcoming, she was lovely. The room was bigger, more modern and cleaner than we expected for the price. Amazing value for money. Good quiet area with a lovely peaceful view in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

They had had a terrible dust storm the night before, so after I asked for a broom, the manager washed and vacuumed the whole room for us. Then it was really good.

Budget price and convenient location

Extremely small room. No hairdryer, tissues or extra blankets

The motel was booked out , paid for a room , could not stay , want a refund NOW

Paid for a room , motel booked out when I arrived , did not stay , I paid for a room now I want a refund please

Lovely accommodation for such a good price. Clean, lovely staff and easy to get to

Very comfortable bed and a great hot shower

A bit of road noise

The bees hive in the mattress beside our room. Plus the giant cockroach and lack of knifes for cutting cheese, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Other than that it was good.

Excellent bed and main room size. Shower had excellent water pressure. While on main road surprisingly quiet.

Bathroom area a little pokey and no milk a or biscuits for a cuppa.

Location, room ok

Pool not well maintained, bbq area filthy and ground not looking good, grass 12 inched high bins outside full

Clean, fresh, good bed and shower, good parking. Excellent value

Nothing. Note that it is a short drive over the bridge to the centre of town, less than 1 km. Not a problem.

staff were very helpful room comfortable and motel position just right for my work

The staff were happy and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, it has free wifi, and the location was close to shops.

Very clean, reception on arrival was very friendly and the staff were eager to assist.

Bathroom was narrow but not impossible as you are never in it that long.It was very clean and you could not fault it.

It was quiet

The room had that many bugs all over the floor u had to wear shoes the whole time the knives and forks supplied were slimy no washing up supplies, room was not as advertised meant to have family room but had a double and single bed combo I have been to better places for less price per night tv only had 4 channels to watch

Motel has just been renovated to a very high standard. fixtures were in excellent condition and bathroom was very modern and tastefully appointed

Location had all convenience you need while travelling

The bathroom looks great but not practical need to be a size 10 to go from toilet to shower door fell off track we had 2 tv but neither worked was told sorry nothing she can do to fix it springs in the bed pop all night long only a budget but seriously you had potential when you first walk in but then you see how impractical it all works

Sorry but not a 3 star motel at all

Sorry to say, it was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Dirty floors dirty dishes & bathroom. Broken bed and spiders crawling on us through the night. Pool green. This stay deserves a full refund. Wish I could add the videos but feel this should be reported to a higher place

my room was clean. it's close to MacDonald's if you want a meal. nice walk into town if you want to.
