Central location, nice basic room with everything you need for a beach vacay. Nice breakfast at the sister property

Bit loud with the restaurant next door

Exceptional customer service from Teresa! She was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Our room was steps away from the beach. The beach in front of Casa Ganesh was well-maintained and clean.

The location is great, despite not having a restaurant or beach club on site they provided it through nearby facilities, which were amazing. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are classic tulum rustic definitely not luxe, if that’s what you’re looking for, but they are comfortable, clean and well furnished.

Nice room, close to beach. Friendly staff. Really almost nothing to complain about.

To much nagging about tips during included breakfast. Long waiting time for breakfast.

Beautiful rooms, central location and the best most forthcoming staff

We stayed for a weekend and our room was so comfortable and steps away from the beach. The staff was amazing and were so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed with our pet and they even brought him a bed to sleep and welcome sign. He was allowed to walk around the property at ease. The best part of our stay was we were allowed to use the private pool as the bigger suite unit was unoccupied. We will definitely be returning. Excellent price for the accommodations you receive.

We went at the beginning of Oct which was raining season so it rained quite a bit and the beach was full of seaweed which made it impossible to get in.

The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the main stretch of beach, within walking distance to all the best beach clubs and restaurants. The hotel staff are also absolutely amazing. The front desk manager Sandra was incredibly nice and helpful. From before we even arrived, she helped set up check in and put our group’s rooms close together. She also helped to coordinate everything that we needed from reservations for beach clubs, restaurants, boats, tours, and taxis. The hotel felt very safe and they had security posted all night as well. The rooms were extremely comfortable with king beds in every room and the rooms were large and spacious and extremely clean. The ac worked great for all 6 of rooms, along with zero plumbing issues. The normal hotel rooms were awesome, but the villa was really something special. Amazing location looking out over the ocean with pool and balcony’s. By far best place to stay in Tulum beach. Last thing to mention, we were provided free breakfast every morning at Ahau, a neighbor property close by which was fantastic every morning. Egg dish, with toast, fruit plate, and coffee/tea.

This place was perfect.

The restaurant next door was playing loud music every night beyond midnight.Seaweed blocked the beach. There was no swimming possible since seaweeds were everywhere in the water.

Very nice breakfast included. Location is great. Beach is beautiful. Staff was super friendly and helpful with organizing dinners ect.

The room was very humid and I couldn't sleep well because of that.

LOL! Nothing. We , along with another couple, arrived and we were shown to these really tiny, unimaginative rooms that were nothing like the ones we had booked. So we expressed our dissatisfaction and we’re told that they had rented our rooms and only 1 of them would be available the following day. So our friends and ourselves decided to go stay elsewhere after the hotel told us they would refund our money since the hotel had misrepresented the rooms. The front desk woman even wrote a note stating that the rooms did not match the photos or description. Yet when we called booking.com they told us the hotel declined to refund us. so now we are in a dispute with the credit card company. But I will say, we had been at that beach a few days prior and it was so filthy and you couldn’t swim in the water. and the property itself is very basic and not that interesting or comfortable to hang out at. After we left we went to another place up the road. But all in all Tulum is definitely past it’s prime. Its filthy, overpriced, too many people, overbuilt and there is no longer any customer service. I find most of it to be distasteful. And we are there every year for another engagement we attend. So even though Casa Ganesh was pretty lackluster and lame, Tulum itself has taken a big nosedive. We won’t go back to Casa Ganesh or the dirty little town.

Where to begin… So many better hotels. and towns. Tulum is over. Time for all the kids to go find the next big instagrammable town to destroy.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. All the rooms are moments from the sand and ocean.

The music from next door does make it hard to sleep, but the hotel cannot control this and actually provides access to the club during the day. In saying this it is in the hotel zone it is always going to be noisy.,

Noise, overpriced, cocroaches.

I really loved the jungle vibe of the entire house. The beach is amazing, and it’s conveniently close to the party zone and the most popular beach clubs.

The room is relatively small and lacked a wardrobe, hairdryer, and iron. The nearby club's proximity also made it challenging to sleep at night due to the noise.

This little boutique hotel was amazing. The property is small with only a handful of rooms but it was beautiful! We were literally right on the beach which is great. You walk out of your room onto the sand. Sandra the lady who runs it is amazing are beyond helpful. The only this which would make it better is if there was a shared pool, but you would need to book the front penthouse if you want a pool.Overall loved it!

Because of the season the beach had sargazo, but thats something the hotel can control... But swimming was not so nice

Location, staff, clean and cute room, comfy bed. Huge shower with strong water pressure. Small hotel with access to Ahau amenities. Great price.

Wish parking was closer

Location was absolutely amazing. Next door to the Rosa Negra. A lot of stores and restaurants around. Walking distance to the best beach clubs.Cozy rooms with all essentials. Great service from staff.

Easy , fast check in. Staff very friendly and the location is one of the best in Tulum hotel zone.

No amenities. It’s basically just a room. I was sent a WhatsApp by Fernando who said to message for anything but when I did I didn’t get a response.
