The hotel is old, it needs maintenance. The food is also quite average, several things on the menu were not available. The pool could also use some maintenance. On the path to our room there was a foul smell than needs to be taken care of.

Front desk staff was rude. Jacuzzi suite had no hot water. Front desk stated that water temperature was a known property issue. Water was completely shut off during the night and well into the next morning. Checked out early due to dissatisfaction.

The location is great, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and quiet environment.

The property needs a facelift, broken jacuzzi and rusty water. The jacuzzi jets around the property don¿t work well, the pool water is very cold. The food served is ok but is not that great as shown in pictures. Basic and nothing fancy or delicacy.

We had the best time at this hotel. Beautiful scenery!! Staff was so kind.

The hot tubs in the room do not has enough water pressure to really fill up fast enough to keep the water warm and enjoy the tubs in the room.

We LOVED the all-inclusive aspect of this hotel. There was much more included than we even expected, like activities and shows on the weekends. Also, the staff were EXCELLENT and so kind and provided exceptional, friendly service.

Some of the meals were medicore, but given all the alternative options available, it was not a major issue.

All inclusive food and drinks were great! the Food tasted really good. The staff were very accommodating to make special vegetarian food. Resort is very beautiful and green. Pleasant place to stay.

Hotel charged $18USD wifi per day. Only for two devices. Internet is basic facility and should be complimentary.Also include for all devices in one room. 2. When it rains, the whole floor inside the room became wet. They should have better roofing.

Location close to best Tulum spots. Save money on all inclusive breakfast and alcohol because Tulum can be very expensive.

No beach access but had a sand water front area with cabana beds. Some of the ac vents are directly on one side of the bed and it can get very cold.

Getting your food can take a very long time, so order a lot right at the start and be prepared to wait 30-45 min. Also, the walls between rooms are very thin, so if you have very noise Neigbor’s like we did (we had a large group of noisy girls next to us who we could hear every word of when they were in their room), then being ear buds. Also if it rains, there isn’t too much to do/places to relax.
