Encantada Tulum

This is an excellent hotel, very nice location that is near the strip but far enough away from the loud nightclubs and bars. Great room, very nice staff and food. Would definitely return with friends next time.

Radically overpriced. Yet another Tulum Hotel at the price of the best ones. Bad internet connection. Overpriced restaurant with a bad choice. Bad coffee, that is not available before 8am.Partial ocean view, in fact fully covered by trees, no blackout with blinking lights outside. Charged the deposit twice. Annoying messages in WA from staff, multiple messages and knocking on the door to ask about cleaning when “do not disturb” was hung. While some staff are very responsive and friendly, others are ignoring and even rude.

It’s private, quiet, and really feels like paradise. The staff are all very friendly. It’s great to be able to go to the front desk or use What’s App to communicate any needs. The food and drinks are all excellent. The rooms are wonderful, clean, and very comfortable. On top of their gorgeous beach, ability to use the pool and spa facilities of their partner properties was really great! Would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking to have a more lively trip (like partying), it’s a bit farther out. It’s a long walk, so we ended up taking taxis most of the time. The taxis can be a bit pricey, but Encantada was great in ordering them for us.

My entire stay at Encandtada from start to finish was abolsutrly exceptional. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful - they did everything to make my stay the best it could possible be. The inclusive breakfast was SO tasty, and the geenral menu was really varied (the ceviche and fish tacos were incredible). The beach felt perfectly secluded and relaxing and the access to the pool at Radhoo made it even better. I also enjoyed having an exclusive one-on-one yoga class on my veranda. It was honestly paradise and I would return in a heartbeat

The location is perfect, right on a beautiful, fine sand beach along the hotel/restaurant road in Tulum. The facilities are intimate and designed for private comfort. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The food is excellent at the hotel, and there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The best part, however, is an attentive, friendly and caring staff—from the concierges to the servers to the bell workers. All were hugely accommodating and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

There was really nothing we didn’t like.

Service was excellent and the room, plus view was beautiful. Breakfast was great as well - good quality food and enough variety for 3-4 days.

Coffee / tea facility in the room would be good. A retractable shade for the patios outside the rooms would be great as well. Also thicker curtains in the room would be better for sleep.

Great stay but terrible communication

I tried changing my booking several times, but they wouldn't give me a definitive answer until it was too late to sell or give the stay away to friends, making it a massive hassle. Terrible communications.

Everything! Luxury small hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. The hospitality of this place is just amazing! The room was spacious and had a super comfortable bed. Very good food is available to be ordered to the room or to the beach. I can't recommend more this place.

Absolutely stunning! What an ideal place to relax and enjoy. Huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so special. Alejandra, Ana and Oscar were fantastic and accommodated us every step of the way. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

Construction but that is hardly the hotels fault x

Location, room, and service were all exceptional but for the price you pay this would be expected.

Booking says there is an airport taxi included, however it is not and you have to pay an extra $200USD to get a taxi from the aiport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were lovely. The location is also great too.

When we arrived, we immediately realised there was very loud construction right nextdoor to our room - this was not at all what we were expecting for such an expensive hotel as part of a relaxing beach retreat. The team luckily managed to move us but I think that they could have preemptively warned us and given the option to cancel. Also the furnishings/fixtures in the room were quite old and worn - again, not what I would expect for such an expensive hotel

My partner and I came here for our honeymoon to relax and unwind. What we got far exceeded our expectations.The room was beautiful and so close to the beach that we were falling asleep to crashing waves each night. When we woke up all we had to do was message reception that we wanted breakfast and coffee and it would be up in and instant to eat on our balcony. The staff here are out are obviously passionate about customer service. They did everything to ensure that our stay was as good as it could be. For instance, we had rose pedals on our bed and a bottle of champagne on arrival. The staff were so helpful with giving us locations to go explore, like the grand cenote, chichen itza, and others. I had a very minor accident in the car and the receptionist called the insurance company and sorted it all out for me.Honestly, it was such a perfect place to relax.

The location is perfect, clean and safe.Also the staff is very nice.

Every element was a delight. The room was large, well appointed and well maintained. Location on the beach was perfect. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Staff was attentive without being invasive.
