the beach, the location, the nice guys here. very helpful. close to the very best beaches of tulum with its own smallish semi-private beach to hop in after breakfast and before bedtime. or to hang out the whole day. some convenient shopping right outside the hotel, a good pizza place just in front. when in tulum, make sure to check the cenotes, they are a treat (with their crystal clear, cool freshwater).
When I arrived, they upgraded my economy reservation to a beachfront cabana. Awesome to walk directly onto the beach and see sunrise from the bed. La Conchita is a on sea turtle playa, and the baby turtles hatch during my stay. We got to release them into the ocean. Very special experience!
no air conditioning. the hot water in the shower was inconsistent.
The location was spectacular, with private cabanas on a semiprivate beach, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The rooms were huge, the bathroom was perfect, and everything was clean. For the price and area, it was impossible to beat.I would highly recommend
Location, price, and comfort.
Beautiful location. In the middle of everything and awesome staff
No air conditioning but manageable with the sea breeze.
The villas are so spacious and have a lot of character. Perfect location right on the beach and nearby to lots of restaurants.
For the amount we paid, I wouldve liked to see a few more amenities
The location, close to el centro where all the shops are. Private beach
The beach had too many rocks and a lot of sea weed.

I selected ocean view, so I paid extra with Booking.com. Upon arrival they showed me a room upstairs in the middle with no ocean view. They said paid more $60 extra cash there to get the ocean view. This place is a rip off that play with decent people so I felt cheated by this Hotel. I decided to pay $60 extra there at the property to get some view of the ocean. Inside the room there were roaches, lizards and no air conditioner. The beach was nice just the sand because the water was muddy with green debris on shore.
View to sea. I was in suite
No parking inside property
I enjoyed the private beach and the soft sand that was extremely gentle to skin and soft enough for body exfoliating. I loved that I can luxuriate on the options surrounding the hotel for breakfast lunch and even dinner. The beach was such a beauty and waking up to it was just perfect in my eyes. The rooms are so beautifully built and decorated that you few like ur sleeping in a luxurious artisan 5 star boutique... I truly loved this hotels and location
Just too quiet but I didnt mind it also
Well located in from of the sea.
Most disappointing experience in Mexico. We found multiple stained towels and blankets that we had to replace ourselves. The hotel looks so outdated and not cozy at all. The beds and the beach a umbrella are very basic.
Nothing, just the beach front part.
The room, dirty, sand allOver the floor, hairs in the shower from previous guests, no one helped with parking or bags to the room.
The hotel is located right at the beach - very beautiful with the sound of the waves constantly to be heard from all the rooms. The rooms are big enough with comfortable beds, but rather basic. Unfortunately there is not real fridge in the room, only cooling boxes, which then can be taken to the beach (therefore pro and con at the same time). Everything needs to be bought in the small supermarket across the street as the hotel does not offer anything really, which is fine though. In general the price/value ratio is really good considering that this hotel is sharing the beach with the super luxurious Azulik hotel. In total very nice choice!
- A fridge would be nice in order to avoid having to buy ice cubes everyday. - A more stable internet connection would be helpful as well. - Little things like ashtrays or glasses for drinks would be an added value
Awful hotel
This hotel is a fake postcard ! Rooms and stuff are dirty, trace of blood on the sheet, curtains have hole, and sands on the floor( was normal for the manager). The manager is there only few hours a day and is very awful. We change for Chiringuito hotel which was fantastic ! The hotel didnt want to refund our complete money, it was the worst hotel ever tried ! For breakfast there is no even an hotel restaurant but some cold coffee is offered ! THIS WAS A JOKE !!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!
We stayed in a room that had a direct view out onto the beach with a little patio with chairs and a hammock looking at the beach. We walked right outside the room to the gate that led to the beach. Beautiful view and so convenient. The strong breeze and ceiling fan kept the room nice and cool despite no AC. (We stayed in Mid March. Temps didnt get above low 80s). The personnel were accommodating. We had massages right on the beach outside the hotel. Beautiful view of the sunrise. Close to a few restaurants/bars. Bike rental next door for $10/day.
I wish there would have been more beach clubs and/or night life close by or that the road to walk to the bars would have been more walkable. We had to take a $10-15 taxi just to go a mile or two. The room sometimes got a little stuffy/damp with no AC.
The property is beach front, and clean.
The facilities said there was a pool and breakfast included. There was no pool and the breakfast was chocolate chip cookies.
Its was next to Azulik and had a beautiful beach just couple meters from your room
The location and private beach was awesome. Room was adorable and people were super nice. Cafe across the street was perfect for breakfast every day!
Beach view room didnt have much of a beach view and I wished we wouldve had more lights and ability to use outlets better.
