The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent room at a good price we as seniors could afford. Beautiful decorations--not your usual cookie cutter hotel. Has day passes so friends and family who live in Tulum can come spend a pool day.

This hotel gave no elevators. The hotel roo. Selection is not genuine, I ask for a partial view but no view of the laguna is possible, and also the food here don't let me start, I can say more but this is enough.

Perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants and the ruins, the beach, etc.

Very quiet, clean, the rooftop pools are very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mosquitos in the lobby and the scorpion found in my room! Weather also sucked but you can pick your days you just cant pick your weather!

The room was very clean and house keeping came each morning.

We arrived in the night and given a paper for each room. Some of my family members stayed in apartments and thought the drinks were complimentary. I think they should have explained that it's there but you got to pay for it.

The design was nice and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable

At the hotel restaurant, the food was ridiculously not proportional it looks like the end of somebody else’s meal. And they confused many times our order. And our room had no hot water.

I loved the area where the hotel is, very walkable, nice restaurants in the area, there's a huge supermarket just 3 blocks away where you can find all kind of things.( very similar to walmart but cheaper), it's easy to find money exchange places.Easy to get taxis, touristic offers and vehicles rental.It's not close to the beach but it's only a short drive there.The breakfast was good and the workers are super nice, especially the reception person.I really like the vibe of the hotel!

The room was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for one night. It’s great that the pool is open until 10 pm, so that we could use it even though we arrived late. The night manager was really supportive and helped us with parking and laundry that we needed. Thank you!

It was breath taking. Absolutely stunning jungle view. I highly recommend the morning walking tour of the rice fields and Art tour.

There was something that was in one of the food dishes that I had a bad reaction to. I think it was a spice of some sort that made my blood pressure spike. I still don’t know what it was.

This hotel is good value but cheap because it is on the edge of town and not near the beach. Our two bedroom apartment was massive and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast was terrible and the staff rude (unlike reception who were very polite)

The rooms were comfortable and the pool was great. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool.

The staff was unfriendly upon arrival, paying very little regard to us as we checked in. Our room (on the 1st floor) was facing another hotel which was playing music from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm every single day making it difficult to get any rest. The location is midway between the beach and town so 30 minute walk in either direction. If you have a car, be aware that you have to pay for parking here. There is free parking available outside, but it is limited. The pool is nice, however the floor is concrete and therefore extremely hot to walk on when sun is out. Food and drink are more expensive and not best quality

Beautiful tropical hotel, amazing inner garden, good food, excellent staff

Left my white linen shirt for laundry - it returned all yellow. Even though not a hotel was doing laundry, there is no control over washing condition. Had to throw it away.

Is very good located, close to restaurants and Main Street to travel to tourist attractions. They rent bikes at the hotel too.

Very comfy beds, the rooms had everything needed and were quite a night time. The rooftop pool is nice, all staff were very friendly

The food was average, most of it tasted of nothing which was quite odd. The prices of food were too high, although I guess that’s a Tulum issue overall
