    Pros +

    • The staff was welcoming, informative, helpful. The pool was small, but secluded, private, perfect. The cafe out front was colorful, cute, great people watching.
    • The hotel had a good location. Not much for a view nearby but walking distance to all of the downtown area. The beach is walkable from the hotel if you can walk a good mile or two. The front desk was nice.
    • The location is near to the restaurant and artist shops. The decoration is warm like home garden. The people in the hotel are awesome!!! they offer a lot of useful information, and tips for saving money. I lost my ID there, they help me to deliver

    Cons -

    • Everything from mold stained beds No TV green pool coffee pot rusted and NO water to make. No running water for 2 hours no hot water Nasty place would leave my dogs there
    • This was a great hotel for our family of 5 with older kids. We walked around to the nearby shops, grocery store, and taco stands, swam in the pool, and enjoyed our stay!
    • The bathroom isn't very private as it had a swinging door. Very small room, bed was hard but very clean room. It's okay for the price.

Good location Great staffEasy to get to the beach using a Collectivo Amazing big new grocery store just across the intersection tons of great deli food

Smoking is permitted in the central courtyard which is sad because it floats up to the upper rooms ?. Towels could definitely use an upgrade.

Good location and jungly feel. Great, friendly staff.,

I never love only getting one roll of toilet paper. It’s kind of cheap. Plus- travelers often get GI upset. We only got one sheet to cover us, so we were cold. Also- people were smoking in the central area and that wasn’t allowed.

great location - about 20 min walk from bus station. Close to restaurants and grocery store. very quiet. best wifi that I have had - over 100mbps. nice jungle atmosphere. staff very helpful and friendly. Grocery store La Comer across the street has a great breakfast deal. Good hot water and AC.

nothing to do with hotel. Tulum is a bit too quiet for me and I prefer Playa del Carmen. Also, some construction going on next door, but not that loud at all. again, nothing to do with hotel.

Room size was very good, we loved the jungle vibe of the garden

Room was comfortable and the environment was cozy.

The room on the ground floor right in front of the pool was subjected to the sound of the conversation outside. Not many shelves or places to organize my things out of the bags in the bedroom.

    Helpful, friendly staff. Pleasant courtyard.

    Slightly mis-sold – despite having a (small) pool it’s more of a 3 than a 4-star hotel.

    Passable

Location at the main city crossroad. Truck and cars passing close all day and night.

Staff and amenities were great! Rooms are spacious and pretty darned cute. Location is decent. I was more than happy for 1 night's stay.

It was pretty mucky. The soles of my feet were nearly black from just walking to the shower, long black hairs around the floor (I'm bald). Also, note it's next to a major crossroads, so it's pretty noisy through the night on one side of the property.

Close to amenities. Nice courtyard and small swimming pool. Drinking Water available 24/7. Rooms cleaned daily.Tea and coffee making facilities in room.Staff friendly. 20 minute walk from the Main Street Tulum and Ado bus terminal. Restaurant situated directly outside property.Great for short stay.Small lock safe in room.

    Rooms are dark.

The location is great, near a grocery store, the collectivo and a little restaurant beside it perfect for a breakfast on a rainy day. The shower is really great for mexico, lot of pression and hot water. The balcony is lovely too.

Don't let the picture foul you, the pool was green from algua and the water was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom of it. When I addressed the problem the guy was rude telling me it was because of the rain ( that much algua don't build in 12h) I saw someone brushing the pool the next morning but it make the water more cloudy. The couch was torn up under the blanket and around midnight a bucket of water fell from the air conditioning directly on the couch, I know it was raining hard but it's not normal and imagine if someone was sleeping on that couch ?. I wouldn't have complained for a 40$ per night room but paying more than 100$ per night for that is totally insulting. The wall were full of dirt and weird stain also. I'm sure you can find the same for way cheaper. Oh don't expect a coffee maker, there's not.
