The staff was amazing! I loved the scenery and I loved the on site restaurants the food was soo good!

I didn?t like the fact the pools aren?t heated. I didn?t like how the house keepers didn?t clean the floors or wash the dishes.

The staff was so kind and helpful, the restaurants were yummy and fairly priced, room service was prompt with no extra fee, and everything was beautiful and calming in nature.

The swim up breakfast

They were trying to charge for towels when I repeatedly asked for makeup towels. They don¿t offer wash rags and the taxi drivers are money hungry!!! Very rude staff.

I have paid for the breakfast, i have consumed below 720pesso, I wasn¿t told that there is a different menu for free breakfast, the manager told me to pay the bills for the breakfast item which was not included in the free menu.

The hotel was very clean

Overall stay was not good the power/water went out at the hotel from 10am to 5pm the hotel staff was very rude to say the least & didn¿t want to accommodate anyone There¿s only two restaurants on property with very limited menus

The rooms are VERY spacious & pretty.

They tried to charge me for a pool towel because there was a slight (and small) stain from my swimsuit. Also the guy working the front desk at night is no help. No matter what your question is he doesn't have an answer.

Bed hurt my lower back and was not comfortable. I had to purchase two foam pads from Walmex to soften the mattress.

Expedia owes me $700 for incorrect booking. Booking was made twice, once online and then once again online and both were clearly needed for two people. I had to pay the property $700 for this error, which was the Expedia representative’s. I demand this refund in case back to fork of payment.

Expedia. I made clear we had two quests. The property knew this, but Expedia entered as 1 guest, forcing the property to collect the fee. We were in a foreign country. We had no choice but to pay and Expedia knew. To refund us the $700.

Quit hotel, friendly people, attentive staff. I enjoyed my stay. Surrounding around hotel does not look safe.

Rundown hotel

The room was dirty, dark and depressing. We asked for a better room -on the second night at 21:00 they said they had one - we were too tired to change rooms at this late hour…

The jungle feel

The shower didn’t have a door and the shower head was placed closer to the opening then to the wall. Leaving the floor to be soaked . Also had a moldy smell the first night .

It was a good value for the off season and convenient to town and the beach.

There is nowhere to smoke. They allowed at the front of the hotel but nowhere to sit.

HOUSEKEEPING STEALS FROM YOU HERE

Housekeeping STOLE from our room the second day of our stay. Our room didn’t even need cleaning yet and there was no need for them to be in the room. When confronted, all management could say was that he was a long time employee. That does not excuse STEALING! if you stay here please make sure to keep all your items locked up.

The hotel is pretty and we ended up upgrading to the room with a private rooftop pool. We initially had the jungle room with private pool but it’s smack in the middle of the hotel and full of people walking by. I wouldn’t recommend it. The upgrade was worth it though and the rooftop pool was really pretty.

The location isn’t great, it’s right across from a very poor neighborhood which sits between the hotel and the main city. It’s not violent or anything but just hard to navigate or walk through.
