very happy here...terrific location, staff so friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is to make the towel dryers in the bathroom work, so we could dry our towelsand any personal laundry. Would definitely recommend to friends! Thank you!

In the center of the town. Excellent location and the staff assisted with our parking. The room beds and shower very clean and comfortable.

I liked the town centre location, the period property, the large windows with great view of the church, comfy beds. It is not a luxury hotel, simple but has all you need, is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff & great continental buffet breakfast.

There are a lot of stairs and no lift, was noisy at night with the window open as right by a lively bar (we had a 1st floor room at the front). But the double glazing was really good so not a problem when the windows were closed.

Did not have breakfast but dinner in the resgtaurant was very good.

I didn't know the hotel had no lift, so as our rooms were on the second floor - with quite steep stairs- I found it somewhat challenging. The hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

I got eaten by a mosquito in my room but I can't blame the hotel for that...

Location near centre of town was perfect. Our room had a lot more space than most hotel rooms. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. All staff were very helpful.

Albert is a pleasant small town with an excellent underground museum dedicated to the men who perished in the horror of the Great War. The hotel was right in the centre and very convenient. We eat in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal, and breakfast was a French style buffet which was good enough. The hotel could do with better soundproofing but the beds were comfortable. We were able to keep our bikes in the locked back garden.

Rather noisy when other gusts moved around.

Excellent location for visiting the Somme battlefield memorials. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant.

Central location. Stayed in twin room Room 3 , looks to have been renovated recently . Very clean, modern toilet/shower , room a little snug but not too claustrophobic. Reception staff very friendly

Nothing to complain about really.Only stayed for one night , didn't have a chance to eat in the restaurant or have breakfast due to time constraints.

Nice little family hotel. Perfect location opposite the Basilica and very interesting museum of the Somme. Nice friendly staff. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. A nice area outside the hotel with a few bars and fountain overlooking the Basilica.

Slightly disappointed by the profiteroles for dessert.
