Kyriad Saint Fargeau Ponthierry - Apollonia

great staff, spacious room, decent parking lot

The staff was helpful. I was able to park in the parking area just in front.

Internet was not working, no AC in the room. The towels was washed but with a lot of dirty marks on it. The brakfast was quite bad, not even any eggs offered. It is like to cut the price they tried to cut every cost.

Very kind staff, clean room, comfy bed.

No A/C, you can hear the “sbam” of others guests leaving the room, only frozen pizza available on site and only coins to get bottle of water.

Friendly staff and lovely breakfast

Handle hanging off the bathroom door and when showering the bathroom flooded, this must have happened before due to the laminated floor lifting in the bathroom.

-The location-The car park

-the condition of the room was beyond belief (see the photos)-the carpet is filthy-my first impression of the room was that it smelled of urine and then I saw the carpets-the breakfast had a very small selection of drinks and food (after my room experience I was scared to eat the breakfast food. Fact)-the staff behaviour - I got shouted at, literally, from the other end of the breakfast room, in front of everybody eating, that my room did not have breakfast included. No manners. When I showed the woman the papers she did not even apologise.. she embarassed me in front of all the guests and then blamed reception for their mistake. Rude.-reception service: I did not get the room that I paid for

We really like this hotel..always comfortable and welcoming.

Sadly we’ve changed our route as the nearby Buffalo Grill has closed, and we couldn’t find anywhere convenient for an evening meal..the hotel offers Pizza and nice bar, but no evening restaurant We’ll miss staying here ?

The room was clean. New bathroom which I liked. Friendly and helpful staff

The location is good. And the staff were good and welcoming. . The rooms were clean and comfortable.

First there was no power in the room, the sink was clogged before we even used it, made a report and were told that they were going to fix it but they didn't, breakfast was not good , just crossiants, bread and youghurt. Normally eggs,, sausages, bacon , baked beans extra is what we r used to in most of the hotels we have slept in. At least two of the above would have been lovely for breakfast.

The staff (there was only ever 1 of these), was great.

It felt hugely understaffed. Needs maintenance. The sheets were clean but soiled. No aircon and the fan didn’t work. Just really falling apart and cost cutting on staff.

Room was basic but ideal for overnight stop. Typical continental breakfast, with fresh croissants etc

The bed was comfy, but did sag in the middle.

LocationBreakfast Noise from the street

The staff managed to get me a room knowing I’ve been driving all the way from London and arrived way before checking in time. Very good room: spacious, strong fan, nice bathroom too. I will use this hotel again

Location, staff, room….

Was ok

It was to cold in the room even turn on the heat

Fabulous breakfast

The hallway was really dark

Insondable tristesse

In the middle of nowherePas un chat

It’s consistently good

Sadly the Buffalo Grill which you can walk to has closed, and not easy to find another similar restaurant

Hôtel simple mais correct

It’s convenient for our journey and we like the hotel very much, we visit frequently ??

Not much to dislike, maybe a little updating would be good.

Passable

You miss mini bar !!! Too much expensive for the position

Very good

Breakfast could have been better.
