Lovely pool, Rooms very well presented and products in bathrooms, Staff very polite.

Alcoholic drinks weren't very nice. Insufficient spa facilities could not cater for couples treatments.

Breakfast was great, staff in the restuarant were excellent, location and views were exceptional.

When we arrived it was torrential rain and flooding in the area. There was no assistance to get to our room with our luggage. We did get an umbrella and it was a very steep hill to get to the room and walking through deep puddles and water on the paths. It would have been good to have assistance to our room with a buggy with luggage cover available.

Nothing. We wish we could have stayed longer

The staff were all amazing. The food was unbelievable The service was fast and friendly. I've stayed in many different places in Australia this is by far the nicest place by far. Can not even compare it to anywhere else I've stayed in Australia. I don't even know how to explain it.

The ambience the views the sheer stunning beauty was beyond immaculate!

The manager lied and gaslighted to us - we contacted her after we got home about an International Women’s day party that was situated around the pool area on our last day - NONE of the other guests could use the facilities whilst the screaming and noise and cackling was going on - this is DESPITE it saying on their page that they don’t accept any hens or stags or similar functions! They were rude and obnoxious as was the manager when my partner spoke to her! The other guests came up to enjoy the pool area AFTER the noise subsided as did we! One woman at the party actually said to us - “oh I’m sorry are we ruining your serenity?” The nerve! The women at this party had no respect for the other guests and some spoke to us very rudely! There’s a function centre where they should’ve had this loud and annoying function! Disturbed the entirety of our last day! We were furious and the manager made it worse by her passive aggressive tone and outright hostility! Wouldn’t recommend for this alone! And the ‘food’ was utter CRAP! The other guests who we spoke to agreed when we asked them! The staff even knew how bad the food was! Appalling service from Management on these issues! For that amount of money we should’ve been refunded for the day in question as should the other guests! Appalling indeed!

Magnificent location and friendly staff

The food was really ordinary Breakfast ok but the dinner menu was too Asian influenced and didn’t cater for those with allergy’s and or an aversion to too much spice

The location of the hotel is truly exceptional, offering stunning views that make it the perfect getaway for relaxation. Room was a nice size , comfortable bed.

More attention is needed to maintain cleanliness around the pool area. When we arrived, all the empty pool chairs were cluttered with dirty plates and glasses left behind by previous guests, which detracted from the overall experience. I ended up taking some of the dirty glasses back to the bar myself just to create a clean space for us. It wasn’t until more than an hour later that a staff member came by to tidy up the pool area. Considering the bar/restaurant wasn’t busy at the time, the cleanup could have been managed more promptly.

Our room has a musty smell the hotel did move us & we did appreciate this greatly. But…The pool sun lounges were made out of vinyl plastic which scorched you even with a towel under neath.Not sufficient enough shade either to even hang by the pool. Plus in November very hot & pool depth is only 1500 deep which is hard to change. Would suggest management try sun lounges out for themselves & see how long they can hang around the pool. Disappointing would only recommend a Winter stay !!!

Amazing breakfast options. Dinner at the resort was also fabulous. Wish we stayed for longer. Can't wait to stay here again.

New renovation beautifully done. The property is stunning, and in a great location. Staff friendly. Breakfast included was good.

Small things that make a big difference for your stay especially considering the price. Food was underwhelming and menu very limited. There is no porter to take bags to your room/back despite the rooms being down a large steep hill. No room service or in room phones to contact reception. No lights along the path which was dangerous at night, no umbrellas in room despite being in the tropics, and the pool is basically for looks given there is no cover/shade so feels like you’re having a bath. It was clear they were under staffed which would have affected the service and those that were working looked flogged. The staff though really were doing their best to accomodate everyone, however given the resort is at max capacity at 20 rooms atm I do wonder how they will go when they scale.

Absolutely stunning property with modern facilities and gorgeous interiors and spectacular views. The rooms are very clean and spacious with good amenities. Really lovely food and incredible service from all staff.

This was our 4th stay at the Elandra. The location is outstanding with superb views of the Coral Sea, Dunk Island and the Family Island from the large swimming pool. The view is quite unique. The tropical breakfast (included) was very good. The food was very good with a good selection of wines. The staff were usually helpful and friendly, but some staff were definitely better than others.

There needs to be attention given to details. Such as cleaning up rubbish left on common areas such as pathways. Our room had overgrown vegetation which we had to navigate to get to the room. Staff did not often approach guests around the pool asking them if they wanted a drink or to clean up the glasses. The owners need to address the issue of visitors to the restaurant taking over and using the pool and lounge chairs which are for guests only. It would be nice to see the owners personalize/acknowledge that the guests visit with welcome letters and a glass of champagne on arrival etc.

Spectacular hotel.Lovely sea facing room, very clean, spacious and smelled delightful. Beautiful pool. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Lovely restaurant with fabulous food.

Friendly and beautiful

Not realising the price of the massage service til leaving to pay, I’ve never paid that amount for a massage and I wouldn’t have got the service done if I had known the price. In future, I’ll ask before hand.
