1. The unpredictability of the hot water. 2. The window of the room and the bathroom opening to the walkway with no screen or anything. 3. The lack of a room safe.

Good stay overall. Clean room, comfortable enough, and everything worked as expected. No issues

Everything was very new, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great, central location.

There was no heat, so it was chilly. There was some sort of youth conference gping on, so it was very noisy. Might not normally be that way.

Clean and comfortable, not far from the main plaza. They were happy to let us leave our bags there for a few days before hiking!

The room smelled a little musty, but everything was clean.

The owner immediately came out to greet us and offered to park our car. He was very accommodating and helpful. It's not often that an owner is present in a hotel setting, which was very welcoming.

Central location with easy walk to all sites. Very clean, good hot shower, very helpful host. Clean comfortable breakfast area. King size bed

No fridge or coffee making facilities in the room. Pillows were all hard

Location was good. The room was large with sufficient space.

The pre-arrival communication was non-existent. I sent three different inquiries and the hotel never responded. The staff was indifferent. There were no electrical outlets on either side of the bed.

Bed uncomfortable, Room not that clean, no air conditioner, shower and furniture very old. Small bathroom. No lift. Seems there is not really enough staff. Security guard smoking outside all the time.

Wonderful hotel in Latacunga. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful with all of our needs. Highly recommended!

Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Held onto our bags whilst we did the quilotoa loop

Mould on bathroom of ceiling, poor power in the shower with often cold water.Do not get washing done here expensive+++

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. I was surprised when I asked for to-go coffee in my thermo and I received free of charge. Thanks!

Staff very friendly and helpful with regards to booking taxis and luggage storage. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Had a desk which was very useful. Bed super comfy.

Bathroom slightly outdated. Accomodation said a hairdryer was available but it wasn't.

I loved the location and the hotel itself. The room was large and the bed very comortable. Good breakfast. But the 10 goes to Ronnie and Alexandra, who went the extra mile to find a private transportation to Cuenca for me. Very nice people.

It’s nothing special but it did the job.We stayed here to get to Quilatoa to do the 1 day hike around the lake. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel all day and take a bus in the evening once we returned

The place is very quiet and I got a room with view to a street, but there was little noise.The breakfast was very good and it was nicely done.The staff and the hotel manager were extremely friendly and did everything to make my stay a peasant one. They helped me a lot when I fell ill, The always organised a taxi.From the hotel I could reach important places near by in the city and farther way very quickly. I thank them a lot.

Relatively clean, decent location, mediocre breakfast.

Very poorly insulated, very loud, heard music all night and dogs barking. No heating or cooling in room. Windows didn’t lock and could be easily accessed from outside. Wood tiles came loose several times in room and black mold all over ceiling in the bathroom. Would not recommend.

Clean hotel in great central location (safety never a concern). Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast provided.
