    Pros +

    • I have had a very good stay. Price for value were very goode. Clean, quiet, spacious room. Friendly staff, great onsen. Some things you need to know, though - it is recommended to have a car or really just stay at the hotel, as there is no infrascture in walking distance. Everything is provided, for, though: Half board buffet for Dinner was one of the best buffets I ever had. If I was nitpicky: the breafkast buffet fell off in comparison but was still VERY decent with lots of items to choose
    • free snacks and happy hour drinks, onsen, sauna, the view, the shop with the space food, free parking, the kindness of the staff
    • Very spacious room. Nice onsen. Very generous happy hour(s) before and after dinner. Nice common space to sit and look out at the water.

    Cons -

    • the room smelled a bit dusty, maybe because of the carpet on the floor? the bathroom also could use some update
    • Overall it was somewhat dated. It’s a good walk from the station but once we found the shortcut it wasn’t bad.
    • I stayed here several years ago, great to see the facilities are being upgraded

    Value for money. Onsen

Bit dated. Pool closed for season despite being 32 degrees

    9YuanyuanPosted on: 10-8-2025

All staff were super friendly. The best we have experienced in Japan, from front desk, onsen to lounge staff. The view from lounge is outstanding.A beach with 20mins walk.Onsen was wonderful.Lounge providing snacks and coffee is great.Shuttle bus to and from the train station was very convenient.

The hotel needs renovation. The rooms can smell like mold/smoke. The smell gets better after air purifier or opening the window.Location not the best, but thanks to the shuttle bus, it was still very convenient. If there would be a shuttle bus to the beach, it would be even better.

    8GKPosted on: 9-14-2025

The shuttle service is very thoughtful. Not a lot of interaction with staff, but they were always courteous and attentive. View from the room is terrific. What stood out was the large public bath and Onsen. Two calming room areas to relax.

The room I had, designed for four, was just too big for one person. The lobby store was not well supplied with everyday items and/or foods.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. The room was big, clean and comfortable. There's also an Onsen and a beautiful pool.Luggage storage easy to use.Nice lounge with a beautiful view.

The fact that the pool closes a little early (6 pm), which means we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it.Also, it's not close to the beach area so be prepared to walk down the hill or rely on public transportation schedule.

The pool and the hot springs were great. We also loved the free drinks and snacks in the lobby

Great breakfast, pleasant onsen and sauna, nice to have a free glow lounge in the afternoon and evening, shuttle to the station at certain times, friendly staff.

The hotel does show some signs of aging and the shuttle times don't always align with the train schedule. However, this did not affect our stay too much, we enjoyed it.

    9MengPosted on: 4-22-2025

My parents love the spa with an absolutely fascinating viewThey also enjoy the free bar (when the whiskey ran out the staff replenish ASAP)The front desk staff was very nice , although he might not be very fluent in English he tried very much and show his sincerity. And the information was still clear.

The bad was hardThe toilet has a smell because it is old

    8AniciaPosted on: 4-16-2025

Nice hotel with amazing Onsen (indoor and outdoor) and a great dinner buffet. I enjoyed the nice view from my room, especially the sun rise was amazing (I stayed there mid April). The hotel rooms are a bit old, but it was fine with me.As mentioned, I did enjoy the variety of the food provided for dinner. As I had to leave early, I cannot speak about the breakfast.

Nice view of Hashigui Rocks from women's outside Onsen. Big inside Onsen. Nice soft music and good smell everywhere in the hotel. Free parking. Spacious room.Happy hours free drinks and snacks at the lounge. Good breakfast.

Excellent facilities, welcoming staff, spacious rooms, very clean. Happy hour twice a day! And the onsen!!! Just 10/10!!!!

    8MrsgjPosted on: 3-24-2025

The location, the very friendly gentleman at the concierge and rhe free flowing drinks from 9pm-11pm which was a surprise!

    10GrahamPosted on: 3-22-2025

An excellent onsen Hotel . They had free drinks in the afternoon and evening, which was amazing and the outside pool faced the ocean, which was beautiful. Extremely reasonable price for the quality.

Everything! The staff were very helpful too

    10TrietPosted on: 12-28-2024

The room is super spacious, the buffet dinner offers a very varied choice of dishes and all of very good quality. On top of that: good coffee free of charge in the reception room at breakfast time. At the time we were there, the hotel was mostly frequented by locals, which added another dimension of charm and authenticity.

    9APGPosted on: 12-13-2024

The staff was excellent, warm and very helpful. The location is very nice, with a good view. Breakfast and dinner were great, and very diverse in dishes and drinks.

The rooms could use an uplift. They were very simple, and even a bit old fashioned.
