Pros +
- Modern decor and large room. The restaurant quality is up to par as compared to o ther five stars hotel chains. The location is also very good.
- service, room size, facilities
- Buffet- Breakfast & Dinner were excellent Front desk was extremely helpful as another booking had been made in our name by travel agent consolidator in error. They helped us clear it up
Cons -
- Parking - very less and no shade over parking in a place which supposed to be very hot in summer (40+ degrees). Very poor parking planning. Had to park quite far from hotel in all that 40 degree summer heat in the sun!
- They did not clean our room until after 4 pm each day, outside grounds were not very clean.
- dated, rooms need upgrading. 30 cm of hanging space only and one drawer for clothes! But staff are super friendly.

Luxurious
View could have been better and overall prices were very high
For the limited supply of places to stay, this location was very good. It has a pool and nice big eating area and solid restaurant. The rooms were spacious and well kept.
Our buffet dinner was over $150 which is crazy for 2 people. The whole experience was pricier than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in in the biggest cities in the world with the latest amenities.
The resort is lovely and definitely the best closest to Uluru. The beds are comfy and overall very attentive staff.
Shortage of pool towels. Broken glass near the pool. And some staff near the pool being unpleasant but I did receive an apology from management which I appreciate.
Nice clean rooms. Plenty of food options on the property and even within walking distance to the hotel.Free laundry service was a big plus. Pool on site was too cold to swim, wish it was heated for winter use.
The room size was fine.
Food at breakfast was awful. The staff couldn’t get us a private transfer to the airport (Ubers don’t work there), they didn’t provide bottled water in the room.
Near Uluru
A very old hotel with terrible service. Everything is outdated and dirty. There is practically no housekeeping in the rooms. If you have paid for breakfast, you still have to buy coffee and tea separately. In the evening there is nowhere decent to eat — all the restaurants are poor and do not match the hotel’s stated category.
Clean room and location
Hotel very dated, needs updating. A/C did not work well. Pool needs upgrade and needs a cocktail waitress. Everything cost too much
Loved the robe and slippers. Easy access to all.
The shower was not leveled so that water didn’t run out in the bathroom.
Very family friendly accommodation. Staff were so helpful and allowed us an earlier than planned check in as we had arrived before the 3pm check in time and with kids this is never an easy thing.
The staff were friendly and helpful,
The elevator was not working and we had to walk a long distance to reach the alternative one and then to our room. We are seniors, and this was difficult for usWe had "High Tea" that was, to put it bluntly, disgusting. It took ages to get us seated and involved a few stairs that are really difficult for us.Serviuce at bthe coffee bar was REALLY SLOW
The property is beautiful with lots of native trees and shrubs and plenty of shade. The room was large and comfortable. The complementary shuttle service and guest laundry facilities are a plus.
Service left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping was rather slap-dash and incomplete. In the restaurants customers had to flag down waitresses to get service.
Location to the sights
They are taking advantage of their prime location. Value for money is bad. High prices but service, food and hospitality is average.
Location. Food. Resort amenities.
Overpriced buffet. Had to ask multiple times to have safe repaired. Hair wads under one of the beds.
Helpful staff great location
Well, the flies. All your fault. Kidding.
