Room was spacious and clean and very quiet. Mutiple pillows and bath towels and pool towels located in the room.

Price of breakfast. Over priced.

The wait staff in the restaurant, very slow and avoided providing a level of service you would expect from a hotel of this level.

Where is was the cafe the pool out the front awsome accessible to golf buggies and walking distance to a few shops

Yes the king mattress was absolutely crap for the cost of the room I¿d expected a very comfortable sleep Not feeling the springs !!!!¿¿

My room was an average standard.

The views are incredible, especially from the top floor suites. Fortunately we had a suite, it was expensive but definitely worth it. We were treated very well by the staff and Alexis from consierge drove us to the airport at the end of our stay. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout, especially Emma & Callum. The suite was huge, duplex with two balconies.

It’s a huge hotel and very busy in January. The bar area could benefit from updating with better lighting. There’s no ambiance and it’s not very luxurious. The dining area is poor, breakfast is a nightmare. It’s like a war zone! Very loud, messy and not at all a relaxing start to the day, although the quality and selection of food was very good. The swimming pool is lovely but not large enough to cope with the number of guests in busy times, impossible to get a sun bed. Unfortunately the hotel is way too big and stands out like a sore thumb. Not sure why the island decided to build it! We only ended up staying after our dates changed due to a tropical cyclone and our original bungalow booking couldn’t accommodate our new dates. There are much better options on the island.

comfort bed and easy to access tennis, gym and sport activities for free. My room was not much a view on level 1, not sure if it's due to only stayed for 1 night, but pool terrace restaurant offers kids eat for free.

everything in the mini bar is priced. Even candy and small can of pringles could have been complimentary.

We've stayed at the Reef View Hotel a number of times. We will continue to do so, as the hotel amenities are excellent. The breakfast quality is excellent and the additional included services, like the sailing and water sports add value. The views are really good as well.

The sulphur crested cockatoos are a pain. Don't feed them and don't leave your balcony door open - they'll open your mini-bar peanuts. The one in the photo stole the sugar packet at breakfast - entertaining, but...

Hamilton is beautiful location, room had an spectacular view. Staff okay.

My room at least very worn down, in need of maintenance. The halls to the rooms dirty, 2 our of the 4 lifts out of service during the stay.

Staff were very helpful. Sounds silly but the odd extra - such as free fruit at the reception after a boat ride - was appreciated. The room was spacious but needs some modernising, but the view from the Reef was fantastic and worth it alone.

The room could do with some modernising.

We enjoyed the location

The hotel is aging and too crowded, every activity or restaurant was fully booked in advance which sounds terrible as you have no choice left at all. Same for the swimming pool with no more lounge chairs left. Honestly not too happy about our stay.

Loved the room and the view. The Buffet breakfast was also great. Really enjoyed the restaurant for dinner as well.

Good location and view. Our host at check in, Selina, is fantastic. Housekeeping staff was lovely.

Front desk: Dental kits took 20 min to get to our room. Alexis was not friendly during our check out and did not provide a tax invoice showing a breakdown of our expenses. Rude with us, but funny that she was nice to other guests…

Amazing location, big rooms. All rooms face the sea, garden view just means you will be in the first few floors. We were on the second floor and the view was still nice :). Free food for kids under 12yo when adults order food
