The location is nice and the rooms are large and well equipped

Apparently these rooms are independently owned so you are treated very differently to the other guests on the island. You don?t get access to water sports, gym, sauna, snorkelling or any of the island services

The view from the balcony was great! The room was really nice.

Hamilton Island was billed as a cashless island, but you needed to coins for the laundry.

The hotel was in a great location close to the marina and beach. The view from my apartment was gorgeous.

Best view of Hamilton island, combined with great facilities and value makes it my number 1 choice everytime I visit Hamilon Island.

The lounges that convert to beds could have been more comfortable as they were quite hard.

Whitsunday apartments exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had everything we needed, and has the best view on the island. Everything worked perfectly and was easy to use (TV, Aircon, appliances) and staff were so lovely. Garbage is taken out and towels and coffee are refreshed daily by the hardworking staff. There is a shuttle to and from WAHI/ airport (5 minute drive each way). It is close to everything and can eaily walk to the Marina or to the hiking trails. Already looking to book our next stay at WAHI :)

N/A - although might be due for a renovation & new furnishings to keep it updated and modernised - keeps up with the new hotels and apartments opening around the island.

Location and view is spectacular

Dated decor could do with a refurb, it is not budget accommodation. I was expecting a more modern apartment in that price range.

Some staff can be a hit and miss, was given wrong info on few things, front desk and even clean water facility closes at 7pm a bit early so go to IGA and get your drinks food before 7pm

Lovely spacious room with an unbeatable view. Aircon worked well and it was nice and clean.We enjoyed having a kitchen and also the more private pool to use within the property.The coffee cart had the best coffee we had on the island.

We had some confusion with regards to the shuttle to the ferry when leaving the island. The reception desk originally said we needed to take the general shuttle with our luggage but we asked a shuttle driver directly and he told us there was a scheduled pickup from the hotel (which we took). I feel that reception should be aware of these scheduled pick-ups as well.

We were on the 11th floor and the views were absolutely stunning. We couldn't get enough of looking out over the crystal clear water and all the adjacent islands. It was magical. The best position on the Island. We made the right choice to stay near the beach rather than stay near the marina.The apartment was large and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The apartment was also very clean and tidy. Having a cleaning business ourselves, we are very particular.Everything outside was immaculate and the pool was very clean and inviting.There's lots of wildlife, with cockatoo's that come up on the balcony and wallabies eating the grass around the apartments.We will definitely choose Whitsunday Apartments again on our next holiday to Hamilton Island. We loved it, highly recommend. The photos don't do it justice, it's absolutely beautiful and stunning.

We loved everything although, if a buggy came with the accommodation, that would make it easier.

Staff is very friendly. The view directly to the sea is just amazing!

Bed mattresses are a bit soft. Maybe a renewal would be good since it looks a bit outdated, still functional and clean.

The location was excellent. The price for a 2 bedroom was ideal. The staff listened to us and allowed us to check in early. A wonderful stay.

This is not a big deal but the door to the unit needed to be manually locked every time when we left. This is different from a hotel room door that stays locked when you leave.

Location, view, size

There was automatic transfer from airport to our apartment it was unexpected and very well organised and fast. The facilities were great and many options. The beach really close and beautiful. The staff were great and helpful. We had such a wonderful time. Make sure yo book your golf cart prior to arrival, they get sold out very quickly. While their is free buses to get around everywhere and very very regular.. it is great having a golf cart....and you will be upset ypu missed out , as it is very convenient and fun way to get around

The golf driving range was closed and unable to find out why... so was disappointed.

Great location with amazing views and nice big apartment with full equipped kitchen.

Although was furnished comfortably felt one extra lounge chair would've been nice. Only other issue was pool. Furniture was not all that comfortable however it was clean and nice.

I loved the location, facilities and cleanliness. It would have enhanced the stay to have an on-site Cafe or restaurant.
