The style, its Balinese and authentic compared to the ones along the beach. The landscape and the garden was beautifully kept, it has a small temple too on the property.

The smell of the room was a bit off, it smelled damp.

This is a gorgeous property. Our room was lovely and more than matched the photos. AC was quiet and fully adjustable. The rooms are in separate buildings, four up, four down. Our front veranda was gorgeous with lots of carved wood and a big sofa. Very traditional Balinese architecture and all beautifully decorated and maintained. Great selection of food at all the restaurants and a fine breakfast buffet. Large comfortable rooms.

It is a huge resort with very nice nature and feels very Bali ish. The breakfast was amazing and two pools were nice. Prices higher than in the restaurants nearby and food was OK (6/10). Good that the market opposite to the resort was open until 11pm, nice place to buy basic stuff

First our room 1084 was right next to the construction inside the building and crazy noises did not let us sleep. The management never warned us about this but only when we came and guest relations agent was showing us the room, we found out altogether about the crazy noise. After almost 30h of travelling, this was not desired. Promised the noise won't be after 7pm and not before 10am - instead, the noises continued until 9:45pm and started 7:45am... Absolutely unacceptable. After multiple requests, they moved us to a different room 1047 which was much better. Considering paying such amount, we expected much better... Cleanliness - not the best, the bathroom especially felt dirty and we rather didn't use the bathtub. Weird that they left minibar and daily water bottles in glasses and YET NEVER provided bottle opener - like why??

Interesting resort, most of the new resorts look and feel the same, modern, boxy, this one had a charm....its probably very old but that is what sets it a part...

i didn't like the beach in front, maybe its good for parents with babies but for anybody else searching to cool down or even do some swimming or any other activity its not the best...also would like to mention the staff, their behavior was good but the service was below expectation, too slow, at times we waited for food and drinks for more then 45 min...and then you wait the same for the bill...if you dont go directly to the bar and demand a drink or service and be very patient...nothing will happen...and just to be clear it was never a busy time...the resort seemed empty...there is a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms and the rooms are only cleaned very superficially...which bothered me a lot...

Nothing to like

Front desk is unprofessional, lack of basic etiquette and incompetent. If plates, bowls requested they ask us to take it from restaurant or pay 3USD. The way of communication is too harsh. There are no rooftop pools, there is NO private beach, they don’t have beach guards… they offer welcome drink to “few” people even if it’s complimentary for all. The air conditioner in the room doesn’t cool the entire room… Only 1 water bottle of 100ml is given per day… this restaurant is a fraud.

Love the place peaceful, clean, and always people are renovating or planting new plants. It's in a perfect location. Anything you need is around you. Thank you

The way the ocean is full of plastic wraps and bottles.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice big beds with great views. The rain showerhead felt great and the lounge tub was a perfect way to end the day. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The vibe here was very chill and relaxing. The hotel is located right across from a grocery store which was perfect for us!

I can't think of anything I did not like. This place was just what we hoped for :)

Architecture, local foods. The trio playing music at the Wednesday night BBQ were very good.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They organized transfers and trips for us.

I was very disappointed with the beach. The picture that is provided does not reflect the TRUE beach. It was muddy and low tide the entire time. There was NO beach.

Location was fantastic. Area was flat with private beach. No having to fight or pay for a spot or recliner! Lovely pool. Gardens were green and lush. Able to walk everywhere. Lots of small eating places around. Beach is not a surf beach, more like a lagoon. Great for young kids.

We didn't really stay long enough to find anything we didn't like. I would have liked a room with a nice view and asked for a quiet room. However, we were placed at the front of the resort next to the main road. Traffic and bikes are not so quiet. We should have stayed longer and then maybe we would have been able to get a room closer to the pool area.

The smell inside the bungalow, especially in the bathroom. Facilities too less for such big capacity resort, and quality needs improvement.

Outstanding property! Wonderful carved doors and woodwork, flowers trailing from the second story, beautiful grounds, and interesting architecture! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Excellent value, too!

The only two things that weren't perfect were the beach, which is unswimmable at low tide, and an occasional very slight gassy smell that others have mentioned. Neither of these issues kept our family from having a wonderful time!

The Bungalow room we had for most of our stay was lovely - decorated in a traditional Balinese style. The grounds are very pleasant with nice planting and plenty of shade.The breakfast was good - buffet style with lots of options. There were different options for evening meal - with the hotel doing a couple of themed evenings.Lovely beach with swimming and watersports available.

When we arrived we were shown to a room which was not the one we had booked. We were told this was an "upgrade". When we asked to have our booked room, we were told they did not have any available until the following day. This also happened to 2 other couples we spoke to. This hotel clearly overbooks its best rooms and then tries to move people to alternatives saying it is an "upgrade". It was a shame, as the bungalow room we had after the first night was stunning and everything we had expected. The hotel has limited space by the pool and all sunbeds are reserved with towels from early morning. This is a shame as often the beds were empty. We tended to lie on the beach on towels as not enough sunbeds.

Everything was perfect, we loved our stay. The Friday night Balinese dinner and dance was amazing. Our favorite part was the staff, so friendly and helpful! It was my sisters birthday while we were there and they sang for her and gave her a beautiful birthday cake with her name on it. Would definitely recommend!

Feels like Bali with the on site temple, gardens and decor. The staff also dress traditional and they are the friendly Balinese we have come to know and love.

The fruit selection at breakfasts was a but limited but it only bothers those that prefer a fibre diet.

Lovely pool. On the beach. Very chilled

Facilities need updating. Children’s room was not fit for purpose. Air conditioning not on and toys, carpet etc we’re not very clean. It was not an inviting area to take my grandaughter. Pool tables old and not maintained and entertainment in the evening ended way too early.

The hotel is very clean and friendly. The view of the sea is very beautiful but had sea weeds so does not feel very nice. The pool, food and activities are very good

Breakfast and pool bar are excellent. Traditional buildings provided a great atmosphere.
