The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali

Customer Service was amazing! The house manager was very courteous and did an amazing job of explaining the hotel amenities and also upgraded our room since we were visiting Bali first time! The resort is beautiful and relaxing!

The shower was a little difficult to figure out, it took a day or two to figure out hot water in rainfall shower

We love that they have so many saltwater pools around the resort. There are also many daily activities you can join. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were extremely professional and courteous. I spent my birthday here, and special thanks to the staff, esp. Ms Flower from the Concierge team for making my day feel extra special! The location was pretty convenient - you can access both of the islands (Nusa Dharma & Peninsula Island) & Bali Collection on foot.

The distance to lobby from room, and beds were quite hard. Also felt it was expensive for what was offered. Beach is not good for swimming as it’s very low water levels and there are a lot of corals

The property has a beautiful beachfront setting with well-maintained pools, high-quality materials, and spacious rooms. Breakfast was nicely prepared, and the overall atmosphere around the lagoon was peaceful and relaxing.

While the property itself is beautiful, there’s room for improvement in service coordination and guest experience. Despite booking well in advance, our room preferences were not arranged, and communication during check-in was unclear. In a hotel of this standard, we expected more personalized and seamless service. Small details matter, and improving them would truly elevate the overall experience.

If you’re looking to relax in luxury, this is the place. Everything about this accommodation was top-notch, from the immaculate cleanliness to the professional and genuinely kind staff. Every facility you could think of was available, and the atmosphere was both elegant and peaceful. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unplug and feel taken care of. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and class.

Staff at the hotel were excellent. Houskeeping did a fantastic job the best I have seen for a long time.

Food at breakfast and in the beach restaurant were okay but not great. Very inconsistent with the service.

Great access to the beach, lot's of pools and lagoons in the property giving the guests many options to swim. Rooms were great with super comfy beds.

Staff were a little stand off-ish, notably reception staff. Not as friendly as I expected. A little bit of big hotel chain attitude. Also found vegetarian food options to be limited, especially given there wasn't anything else around within walking distance.

Beautiful facilities! Expansive pool areas with both fresh and salt water pools with water falls and well groomed landscape. Beautiful beach lined along other like resorts that can be visited along a beach trail promenade. Personnel was extremely attentive and kind and the rooms were very comfortable, modern, and well maintained. Breakfasts and dinners at the Banyubiri buffet restaurant were very good and varied from day to day.

This was my first time at this property and it definitely exceeded expectations. The ambiance, staff, and 7 POOLS definitely did it for me. This is a little slice of paradise. If you don't want to experience the noisy party scene in Kuta, definitely stay in Nusa Dua, especially this resort! I particularly appreciated Daria and her great customer service skills. What a gem!

Wonderful swimming pools, beach area was magnificent, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Amazing place would definitely recommend.

So many pools to choose from, super comfy beds and the rooms were perfect. Couldn’t find a single fault. Lovely restaurants and a pool bar right next to the ocean. Plenty of pool loungers and day beds. Yosua the guest manager was extremely kind and helpful to me in changing my dates without any charge and giving me a late check out. Will defiantly come back!
