The Ritz-Carlton Bali

The hotel was very nice! The design of the rooms were great and the property was well maintained.

The location of the hotel was not near any close stores. It?s about 15 mins drive to anything.

The hotel room and gym was dirty, I found someone’s hair and dirty socks at the hotel room after the checked in. Bunch of dirty tissues, towels and This hotel doesn’t care normal customers , their priority is only for celebrities. If there is an influencer to advertise the hotel, the hotel staff might treat you guys really shit as if what they did to us. P.S. Manager Ivan Hendrawan is a misogynist. I won’t recommend other people to stay here.

The grounds are beautiful and if you are looking to stay in Nusa Dua I highly recommend. The staff is exceptional and really attentive to guests needs. The rooms are very big and very comfortable! Spa is fabulous.

It’s a huge resort so getting to the lobby and using golf carts can be a hassle If you are looking to stay in Nusa Dua , the Ritz is a wonderful option but if you are looking to get the enchanting Bali vibes I would suggest another location in Bali.

It’s spaciousness. The different F&B outlets. The design / layout of the various facilities. The swiftness of the staff’s response to my requests. They remembered my name and greeted it with it. They knew my preferences. I felt like I was the center of all their attention.

Minor, I had to ‘fix’ the TV myself because it wouldn’t switch on. Managed to do it myself.

Great dining establishments.

1. The rooms do not meet the quality of the Ritz. 2. The bathrobes and other bathroom items may have an unpleasant odor. 3. The swimming pools are very cold.

Rooms were spacious and well equipped. breakfast buffet had a rich variety, Grounds were beautiful and restaurants were lovely and the food delicious. At checkout they removed the charge for our breakfast because of some issues I had with service upon arrival and they gave me a late check-out to make up for our delayed check-in. I thought that was nice.

The only pool was very loud because there were lots of children. The grounds are huge, I would think they could have made an adults only pool on the premises. Check-in took forever and rooms were not ready at 3. Luggage delivery took forever and many phone calls. So did the request for an iron.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and had a pleasant, relaxing experience. The property is quiet and elegant, with great yoga classes and a wonderful camel ride. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and nice restaurants.

the gift shops were disappointing, and the property and garden could use some renovation and more greenery.

Well, it's Ritz. Breakfast is amazing, territory is amazing, room is amazing, stuff is amazing, the beachfront is nice.

Only if you like to stay inside, because other things are far away from the place.

The hotel staffs were good.

The beach area was not clean due to garbage floating around like plastic bottles, plastic bags, pieces of woods, dried leaves and etc. This is the reason why we did not enjoy our stay because we came here specially for the beach. We came from a long flight from Riyadh to Bali and we chose to book this Hotel due to The Ritz Carlton standard but due to its beach situation we are unable to swim, and we did not enjoy our summer getaway stay.

The walk from lobby to the room is a bit challenging and complex although buggy service makes up for it

New hotel with beautiful Zen design, lovely nature and paisage, very clean and peaceful. Nice resstaurants. Great staff!

1. Room temperature - due to our flight being delayed, we missed the first night and only got in the next morning - sleep deprived and tired - just wanted to get straight to bed - we arrived at our room to find it freezing! There’s condensation all on the glass from the warm temp outside, it took 3 staff attempts and 2 ladders and over 10 hours to figure out how to set the temperature right. With me getting no sleep freezing and shivering under the covers trying to get warm.2. Mosquitoes - no fly screens meaning us opening our villa door to attempt to let some warm air in meant mosquitoes galore. Less than 5mins sitting outside the pool had my arm bitten and swelled up. See picture. When approached staff at lobby to ask for anti itchy ointment, was told didn’t have any and gave a repellent instead with less than 2ml of solution left in the bottom of the tiny bottle. Had to get taxi to go to local pharmacy to buy.3. Amenities - ok shavers - pls pls replace these terrible shavers. My husband said was likely the worst shaver he’s ever used - cheap, flimsy, blunt, doesn’t cut. Needed to open two just to do his beard. Still couldn’t achieve a clean shave, so declined to be in any photos later. Hair dryer super old and noisy, no match for good hotel.4. Make up mirror - ok i know im not that tall (165cm) but your makeup mirror is non- extent-able. Even at max length, it does not move down so inorder to reach it to see myself, i have to stand on my suitcase daily to do my makeup. I hope my suitcase is is not damaged, but pls make sure your hotel is friendly to all ladies and not just someone who’s over a certain height.5. Hotel staff did not explain daily credit properly - confirmed twice at check in - unused daily credit will go towards final bill to offset. When we checked out - found out it wasn’t. And non-refundable. The lady Mira who helped us was actually very helpful. But we were definitely given the wrong information but other staff on checkin.6.

The beach is not well maintained, more effort could be placed in water cleanliness.No boat house. Towels and robes are worn out for a Ritz. Must be changed
