The general atmosphere

The rooms were small and couldn’t fit 2 luggage so it was not easy navigating in the room. The room didn’t leave much space for intimacy as there was only one door to be used for the shower or the WC. The rooftop bar was only open from 6 to 8 pm and the pool was not that cleaned.

My state did not include breakfast. However, I came down not knowing that and I got a black coffee. Instead of giving me a compliment

They were very quick to ensure I did not get free breakfast and I needed to pay for my coffee right away.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Beer was excellent.

The Food was ok but no great.The place on the whole is a bit run down. Fixing a few things can bring about a great upgrade to the property.

Super close to the beaches. Staff is delicious. Rooms are super clean. And they charge for a room like 50% less than other fancy hotels in the area. I’ll come back

Everything was just great.

Staff were not the nicest we have met. Told us we couldn't have pool towels drive and 1 time it was only 3pm

Good value for money.

A bit run down. Pool bar not operational and pool bar stools rusting and breaking, leaving screws in the pool.

The price I paid was incredible. No one can complain at the price the room

After you come out the room it’s all tired. It’s a bit of a ghost town and nothing seemed to be working like rooftop bar and oool bar

Good location, comfortable bed for reasonable price and nice swimming pool. Staff nice too.

Breakfast wasn’t very nice so I would not recommend having that included. Many nice cafes and restaurants around to have breakfast in instead.

The staff is very nice, informative and helpful ❤️.The rooftop is pretty nice, you can watch planes and enjoy sunset and sunrise the room and bed very comfort

It's my repeat stay at this hotel (around 8 times).The staff so friendly and quick respond. They have delicious food and quite place.Especially for the bed very comfort. This hotel is the right choice for your holiday.

The swimming pool is nice. Water dispenser is provided in hallway. Staff are all friendly. Fridge available in room.

Customer service could be little bit better but it was still good with most of the people!

The staff so friendly and nice they always smile when I am walking at lobby They also info some area near hotel must to visit if holiday in Bali.Hotel location near so many waterspot area. We have plan to full days in water sport activity, but we forget to info them about our extend stay. Thanks to call us in room when check out time to remind us for extend stay.And now we extend for 1 weeks.Thanks Ion :)

The hotel is reachable & close to the ITDC. Facilities are great. There are a lot of seating in lobby & pool. The lobby design looks very nice. Public area & room are clean.

Stayed in room 225 & 227. The AC in 227 was hot and we were told to move room to 234. Even though we had connecting rooms, we could only move for 1 room due to the woman staff said only one room had the AC problem & said they are fully booked (I checked to the apps and I found they are still selling rooms). Its wether they do not want to prepare the room next door or their reservation system are not interfacing with their real occupancy. The room 234 was only cold for 1 night, and the AC were getting warmer on the second day but we dont want to move for the second time (I have itinerary bookings). There was no apologize nor compensation extended for the inconvinience. The Front Office team did not offer any assitance upon we move room or even delivering a new room key. Its a terrible experience after you are having a 38-degrees day in Bali. Shout out to the sweating engineering guy with glasses that helped us to move our luggage to new room after climbed up to check the AC.

Fast respond for anything include check in and check out process. They have regulation for Security Deposit but it’s normal.The rooms very clean and bed so comfort.This hotel is the right choice if you find the budget hotel with quiet place but close to anywhere.
