The staff surrounded us with such hospitality and kindness that we truly enjoyed our stay at this hospitable hotel. I would especially like to highlight the very friendly and professional attitude of Manku in the main restaurant Suku

Big pool.

Underwhelming compared to Hilton Resort Nusa Dua. We switched hotels to explore around and found this hotel more expensive than the previous and not good at all. Things we did not like - Took the room service 2 hrs to send us additional water bottles - had to call twice. It was rainy when we visited and almost all of the corridors were slippery and wet with oncoming rain water which i think needed some permanent resolution. We had our flight in the morning and the hotel had no availability of taxis for going to the airport - we did take a grab at 3 AM but hotels of this stature should have cars available 24x7 for exigencies.

We truly enjoyed our first trip to Bali. My family and I booked two rooms and were very positively impressed by the facilities and the kindness of the staff. Our ocean-view rooms offered stunning pool and sea views, which we enjoyed every morning at sunrise. Special credit goes to the pool bartenders, who always cheered us up and made us feel incredibly comfortable during our visits. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines to suit all tastes and preferences. I was particularly amazed by the natural honey board a perfect healthy addition to yogurt muesli and cereals.

No significant issues worth mentioning

I’d like to highlight the friendly and polite staff. The hotel’s restaurant is also very delicious.

However, the overall impression was spoiled by the fact that upon check-in, we were given a different room than the one we had booked — a worse one, without a balcony.We had to spend quite a bit of time resolving this issue.

We had a wonderful family stay. The resort is spacious, clean, and very family-friendly. The pools, facilities, and staff were excellent, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

I accidentally left some small items in the hotel when we switched to another property. I asked if they could send them to me, but my request was rejected rather quickly, which was disappointing.

This is a big property but it always feels calm with fabulous gardens and good privacy on decks . Staff are fantastic. Yatni and Abi in the restaurant at breakfast are sooo nice along with the younger members . It’s like going home each time we come back

I feel that some parts of f the property are not being maintained . Just small things like hand rail in the lift wobbly and really old curtains in our room . The coating on the back had worn and in daylight you could see holes . Not a good look for a top resort . We go there each year and this is the second room that we have experienced this problem . I understand the number of rooms has a bearing as each room should be uniform but surely some Near matched fabric could replace old fabric . Food is too expensive . Having recently been to the Hyatt Regency and enjoying their outdoor bistro we think the Conrad could do with a cheaper venue for food .

Amazing! It’s a 5 stars hotel! Bigggg breakfast and all the staff happy and doing everything to make it better!

Upgraded to a villa, lots of construction/loud and was unaware of construction prior to agreeing to upgrade.

Conrad Hotel in Bali exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome even taking and entertaining our children. The grounds, which were expansive, were lovely and very well manicured. It was relaxing just walking around. The room we stayed in was very large, we'll appointed and comfortable.

While the staff was amazing and attentive, the food selection for the poolside service was very average (a few more options would have been appreciated). There were also insufficient number of shady areas around the pool.The food prices inside the hotel were on the pricier side (given the pricing for restaurants in Nusa Dua). The hotel is located in an area without much else around forcing you to catch taxis if you want to go for lunch or dinner outside. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible for make-up and shaving.

We've enjoyed the food. We had half board, therefore We've had breakfast and we could choose between lunch or dinner. The food was fantastic. Rooms were fine, nothing to complain. The pool was great. The kids really enjoyed the pools. The beach is pretty good. Depends on expectations. If you expect a beach like in Maldives, then you're i the wrong place. At low tide, we could walk ok the ocean floor and see lots of things like enormous starfish. The prices are like in Europe but the difference is that this is Conrad Bali. Overall, it is good value for money.

Maybe from a customer service, they could be more proactive. We reserve a room, but it was not available at check-in. We've moved the next day, but this is far from ideal.

I loved the hotel lobby with its touch of authentic Bali feel mixed with modernism. The main pool with its lush landscaping is stunning. the drop off experience it’s very well designed also. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view of landscaping . Staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They have a seaside restaurant with a great setting and lovely sea food.

We were disappointed with the kids club, it was designed for toddlers only, and we therefore couldn’t leave our 7 year old and couldn’t enjoy some time alone at all. As for our room, even though spacious, didn’t have much shelves so our clothes ended up scattered all over the room. Food in the seafood restaurant was amazing, but for the main restaurant could be better .

Once the reservation issue was acknowledged, the guest services team handled it professionally within a few hours, despite the hotel being fully booked. They kindly moved us to two different rooms during our stay—both were spacious and comfortable. The RIN restaurant was peaceful and enjoyable. The beach was fun for walking out during low tide, especially for kids. The property itself has all the expected features of a five-star resort.

Our reservation experience was disappointing. Although we had clearly communicated we were a family of four and requested a pool-access room, we were initially given a small room in an isolated corner with a construction view—even though we had paid for an upgrade. The hotel was extremely crowded, especially at breakfast, with long queues and a loud atmosphere. It felt more like an American resort than a local Balinese experience, with very little cultural touch. Unfortunately, the overall vibe was too busy for us, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Beach was a disappointment.

We had a great stay at the resort. The pools were beautiful, the lawns were well-maintained and relaxing, and the breakfast had a great variety with something for everyone. Overall, a very enjoyable experience—we’d love to come again.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the facilities were great - numerous pools and sunbed areas to choose from. It was quite busy when I stayed as it was over Nyepi and there were a lot of families around so I wouldn't necessarily recommend for a solo traveller like myself. However the room was very comfortable, the breakfast options were very good & the staff were very accommodating.

The gym could have been better for a hotel of this size.

Absolutely beautiful property. I wish it was a little closer to Nusa Dua (just outside of it). The pool is massive & the staff is the friendliest! The breakfast buffet was delicious & had a ton of options. Highly recommend.

Location not a lot to do close to resort

There was a generous breakfast spread, with a large variety of foods. Lunch at pool was good, dinners at the 3 restaurants was nice, but on nights when buffets were setup they were average. Pools were great and clean. Staff were extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. Ample pool loungers, and pool towels available.

The quality of the continental section was not to my expectation (variety of hams and cheeses was not great, had to order oats for kids which took a while). Its a family resort, but not many family activities. There's a kids club but not a great one. Kids under 4 require additional supervision by parent or nanny, which defeats the point. There are extra activities at Kids club available for extra charge. Stayed over Easter,. I was disappointed by the lack of activities or recognition of Easter for the kids, other than a simple (extra charge) program at kids club.
