This hotel was absolutely amazing, staff were friendly and attentive. The choice of restaurants were plentiful and the food was always fresh and tasty. Could not fault this hotel in any way! Surrounding the pool were plenty of sunbeds so was never a battle to get up at the crack of dawn to claim one (although some people still did!) The bedrooms were of a good size with daily housekeeping. The whole hotel was always immaculate!

The garden and restaurants

The humidity in the room. The air conditioner didn’t help and we had very high humidity in the room. It was cold in the room but very humid.

Breakfast excellent

Should have been told they were closing down for 12 months. Half the restaurants were unavailable. Items on the menus not available out of stock.

Disgusting money grab

We were so angry and disappointed that my brother-in-law and all of his guests arrived for his 50th birthday and found that most of the restaurants were either closed or had menus that were reduced to very little. The staff were disenchanted because they were about to loose their jobs. They informed us when we arrived that all the restaurants are open and tried to get us to buy an all inclusive package. The resort was starting to close around us even though before 5 October. They had no regard for our celebration. It is an incredible disappointment to the Melia brand and I probably would not stay there again or recommend these chain of hotels to anyone. It seemed to us to be a last minute grab for money - the parts of the menu that was on offer was so expensive. Never would I recommend a Melia hotel!!! I am not somebody who generally leaves a bad review but I have been forced to in this case.

Beach not so good (tide). Breakfast good. Staff takes too much time to bring capuccinos sometimes. Rooms good size, kind of old, but ok.

Beautiful hotel grounds. Located on a very nice beach.

The rooms need renovation.Uncomfortable mattresses.

Best part was the resort's location right next to Bali Collection - we went there daily for dinner. Beach was not a pristine sandy beach but plenty of interest for young children. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with kids' club well organised.

Resort is dated - but understand rennovation works are imminent. Pool area is a bit boring for younger children. Table allocation during breakfast is a little chaotic and overwhelmed.

I loved our stay with Melia. The kindness and friendliness of all staff is beyond words. Each and every one was extremely lovely and willing to help. Our room was clean and very well attended too. The breakfast buffet was sensational, one of the highlights of my stay. Can’t wait to return again one day.

Everything was amazing, my only concern was that the pool water was too warm. When it’s warm outside, you want your go into the pool to cool off and I couldn’t do that.

Friendly staff. The pool area and the garden area and beaches are beautiful.

a rather outdated resort without any improvement on the rooms. terrible smell in the rooms, unbearable even with the window open. Food with much too high prices and with a rather unpleasant taste. margherita pizza with fish taste. We went to restaurants outside the resort, a 10-minute walk away, where we ate very well and at a fair price.Of all the 4 accommodations I had in Bali, this is the only one that left a bitter taste.

The staff were exceptional! My husband is in a wheelchair and they did everything they could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Buffet was excellent. Bed comfortable and great air conditioning.

The pool access was quite difficult for an amputee. The beach ramp areas were too slippery for him to be able to enter on crutches. He managed to get out using the ladders, but the rails on the ladders were quite low at the top which made it difficult for him to pull himself out of the water and back into his wheelchair.There is barely room between the foot of the bed and the tv cupboard to be able to pass through with a wheelchair. Bathroom shower area was very good with rails and a fixed stool.

Beach good and breakfast good. Very nice lagoon pool attached to our lagoon suite. Room very nice, showers very good pressure and plenty of hot water.

Restaurants ordinary and expensive compared to outside. I would not recommend the in-house restaurants. Bathroom is very tired and needs renovating. Main pool is very noisy and full of kids screaming, okay for young families. Would recommend either The Level (adults only pool) or the lagoon suites for access to a quieter, more relaxing space.

Exceptional landscape. Super friendly staff. Very Clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful Hotel.

Service by the pool could improve.

The facilities were great! Pool was large and always had great service! The rooms where very comfortable. Lots of lovely restaurants near by, I would definitely recommended.

Nothing, would stay again

The grounds are beautiful. The restaurants and service also good.

The first room they checked us in to was a basic room - even though they told us they'd upgraded us. This room smelt so bad of mould we went back to concierge and changed rooms. The second room was still smelly but passable as we were only staying for a short time we decided to put up with it. Unfortunately the revolting smell from the shower further tainted this experience. It was disgusting.They also misplaced our luggage when we were leaving which delayed our trip to the airport.

Amenities great. Staff lovely, great pool, departure lounge is a great idea.

At times the service was a bit off. Had to keep finding rare staff or going across to the pool bar to get drinks and food. Observed pool tables with finished food and drink sit there for over 2 hours, and that was on several tables around us. Other guests ended up having to clear the tables themselves just so they could get a pool seat. But lovely staff just at times seemed a bit disorganised or lacked attention to guest needs.

Facilities were clean and immaculately presented. Staff were very helpful and courteous. We tried all the restaurants and all the food was great. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and we received two birthday cakes and other treats which was unexpected. It is the little things.

The Wi-Fi was patchy at times causing connections to break. If you used the beach facilities you were approached constantly by locals trying to sell bracelets which we understand but it became annoying at times. Aware they are closing in October 2024 for a refurbishment which may address the Wi-Fi issues.

The hotel grounds is amazing, the food especially the levels was amazing. The beach is beautiful

The rooms for a family were not as expected, old, tired and a very small bathroom for very tall family, I was surprised that there was no stand alone shower and even if over the bath it was not very good, the space was small.

The facilities at the Hotel like the Beach, The Restaurants, The Pool are breathtaking.

The rooms are pretty small and lack luxury especially for the price. We stayed else where in Bali and the rooms were half the price felt much more luxurious and spacious.
