The pool is right in the middle of the building. So id there are kids in the pool, it is extremely extreme extremely loud. Because all the noise makes an echo and comes into your room

Perfect location, near the resorts beautiful park and market on one hand, and cheap warung (local restaurants) and massages on the other hand.30 minutes walk from the beach.Good for walking, flat and comfortable. Swimming pull is very long. Good for Swimming. Breakfast was great with a lot of options

The bathroom - very small, all wet after shower, water pressure is low, the water is warm, not hot.Still, we managed to keep ourselves clean.

Staff. The best hospitality and support of staff I've ever met. They helped to locate our forgotten items and send it with Gojek.Breakfast was great. Swimming pool is nice and neat. Location is good, near groceries and affordable restaurants. Beach is quite far by walk- 30-40 mins. Coolers with hot and cold water was everywhere. Free local coffee was available at a reception all the time.

Facilities. Room was moist. Couldn't sleep because of the fungus smell from bathroom. the AC had to be constantly on in order not to accumulate the moist. Shower and bathtubs were not working properly. Shower was not covered, so all the water was spilling across the bathroom and further to the room.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were excellent friendly and accommodating The location was great and great value for money

great location, great price. i think i'll come back here again if i'm on a budget, and if i'm alone. i wont come if i had to bring my wife and 7 year old son though.

Cleanliness-- the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, sink felt gritty and water stains everywhere. The floor floods completely when shower in use

Staff deserves a good rate

Cleaning rooms is something they have not been trained on how to do it properly, the pictures show a spotless bathroom and when you arrive and see it for yourself is the other way around, the mirrors, bath, sink is not sanitised, they are dirty, even the walls looks like they have not been cleaned in a long time, old structure and even the lift is super dirty. Disappointing.

For the price this hotel is excellent. While there are much nicer resort hotels in the area I was travelling for work so this hotel suited my needs as it was only a short walk from the conference centre. The first night I stayed in a room near the road and got no sleep due to how loud it was however the staff promptly moved me to a quiet room as requested the next morning. Wifi was excellent and I was able to work from my room with no issue.

I tried to order room service but the man on reception couldn't understand me, I didn't realise this until I phoned up to find out if my food was on the way (45mins later). He just said yes yes but once I realised I couldn't communicate with him I just went out to get food. The aircon isn't very powerful and the shower does wet the whole bathroom, but both are adequate and for the price it still seemed like good value.

No fans in rooms. AC is also not powerful, it takes time to cool the room.

Very friendly and hardworking staff. In general, Indonesian people i find them very friendly, welcoming and they are not resist.

Some rooms on your facility do not have windows or air vents so it's not healthy to some of us who are Airconditioner intolerant. So difficult for me to live with Airconditioner all the time.

it was close to Bali International Convention Centre. Taxi was available quick. Room was clean.

Hotel room was very noisy. Anyone talking in lobby will sound like they are talking inside the room. even hotel staff start shouting at each other early morning. bathrooms were old. no shower curtains mean you will have water splashing across the floor rest of the day.

Location walk to conference centre.Room service food was lovely and good value for money. Staff were beautiful and helpful so thank you.

Noise sounded like people moving furniture all night. Noise from below started about 5am. Breakfast was lovely but only ate there on the first morning as no table room and stood in a hall to eat. It was value for the price but the noise. A fridge just so you could keep some water cold would be very handy.

I didn’t have a shower curtain was the only thing I could complain about.

Everything was good. Everything as in description. Normal room with TV and AC. 2 bottles of water.

cozy rooms with air-con, clean bathrooms with hot water showerabsolutely fantastic breakfast, with a wide variety of food offered including soups, chicken with rice, omelettes, fruits, etc.

it is a bit far from the beach, but no problem if you have any means of transportation
