Peninsula Bay Resort

A very lovely property that is convenient to everything. Impeccably clean and tidy. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was a bonus and very much appreicated.

Lots of trees surrounding the area and peaceful at time.

Bathroom was stuffy and smelly from the drain. Room was situated on level 3 so it was a struggle carrying suitcases up and down Bed linen was stained Breakfast option was dismal. I only had coffee but that was also burnt badly

The large pool was great, not enough shade options. The shuttle bus between the two resorts is great, they should advertise the options better, you wouldn't know you can go to other resort and charge to account. The options for water sports are all at other resort, should advertise it.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms because your on the bay side. It would be better to have a preventative in the rooms for guests.

Bed was a bit hard

The beds are too hard. No lift in the R block of units.The place is looking tired.Would love to see the resort invest in cleaning and widening up the driveway to the resort, maybe share the cost with Oakwood????? Share some profits with the locals by tidying up the place surrounding the resort.

The pool and pool service was fantastic. The massage by the pool was great. The cocktails were great. The shuttle to the other side of the peninsula was frequent and handy to get to restaurants

The tap water smelled terrible, which isn't great when you need to shower or flush the toilet.My block didn't have a lift, so definitely say something when you book if that's an issue for you.

I love staying at The Bay, good size room with couch and kitchen. Very comfortable bed, great pillows and large balcony.

Love this property and like to stay there.. did return after few trips.. pool is excellent, massages for good $, love the choice of food for breakfast and dinner

A bit noisy evening music.. should be softer to enjoy the conversation..

Everything - big rooms great staff good food great prices

We came with a group of friends to celebrate a 60th birthday and it was amazing with fire works cocktails and great food The staff were very accommodating to everyone’s needs

the only thing that was an issue was the lane way out to the main road it is very busy and not the greatest to walk on to and from and quite dirty I know this is probably not part of the property but an easier way out to the main road would be a plus we did use the shuttle to the other beach resort a couple of times

I have stayed here twice now it is quite and relaxing and beautiful surroundings the staff are very attentive nothing is to much trouble My friend had her 60th birthday here and it was amazing complete with fireworks and amazing food

Great value resort with attentive friendly staff

A little dated and tired in rooms but as long as the prices reflect it this is an excellent location for a few nights stay

I like how most of the staff was very friendly also it’s very clean.

I didn’t like about the place was one of the staff members went to my bf and asked if we can buy him alcohol and to leave it at the frount desk which I found very rude also the food is not great and the hotel is fair from everything

The restaurant alongside the beautiful pool is lovely. The room and balcony was much bigger than I expected. I was also surprised to see self catering facilities in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of what was available.

The meals we ordered were average. Karaoke Friday night while trying to eat dinner was a bit hard to take.

Bland and sterile, bad vibes cheap hotel

Staff disinterested and unfriendly compared to all other hotels in Bali that I have stayed in. Decor is overly sterile and lacks any charm whatsoever. Very bland and uninspiring hotel in every way.

Staff were very friendly. Nice big pool.

Bed mattress were not that good.

Wonderful variety of food and drinks, staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and so accommodating, nothing was too much for them. Beautiful location and super handy having the beach resort nearby to utilize their facilities as well. Can not wait for my next visit
