Great big swimming pool.Good breakfast. Extra big bed!!! Big like for that, because we were with kid.

Very bad scooter. Old, empty tank. Price were higher and i was waiting full to full and scooter in normal conditions.Staff in reception were not client oriented. Very rare for Bali....Tv set was very old. No YouTube.

The hotel is on the beach. Lots of water sports available. The pool is large and very well kept. The restaurant is right by the pool and you can have your meals looking at the ocean. The breakfast was very good and the lunch and dinner menu had a good mix of choices. The food was delicious. I discovered a new favourite dish called Nasi Goreng. The snack bar also made the best healthy fruit drinks. Words cannot express how amazing the staff are, special mention to Andi, the hotel manager who walked around every day checking to see how everyone was doing. Sukah, the chef in the restaurant who was so kind and caring. And Erna at the front desk who always had a beautiful smile and was ready to help. So many more people I would like to list, the young men in the snack bar who are so kind throughout the day. This is a true gem. The staff really go out of their way to make your vacation a beautiful experience.

We arrived late from our flight, our reception was rude Weeda should not be dealing with customers the room he gave was disgusting we opened our curtains too a moldy wall & this is where Weeda would not listen he argued that we got what we paid for the price the room had a moldy smell no white sheets we booked thru booking.com we rang they told us they booked our room with pool views Weeda still argued in tears we contacting booking.com & told us that they are getting too many complaints, from this hotel we where staying for 8 nights with help from amazing female receptionist she put us in another room closer to the pool no view aircon broke down the electricity trip out & the black mould behind the toilet so my friend went down the mini mart & bought bleach poured it behind the toilet & tiles in the shower we snapped a photo to show Weeda the mould he laughed out loud he did being so disrespectful towards us, that darling female receptionist on the front desk felt for our bad start that we had for our wonderful holiday that we had turned into anguished & sadness the darling put us up on the 4th floor what a change we felt special the sad part of all this that we has 3 days taken from us asking to be treated very special, I could not look at him all speak to him because he wasn’t happy so so Weeda you didn’t get your way, so so sad?

Your lounge was comfortable, The pools were great for the family, and location at the beach was excellent.

Old building not very well maintained and not very clean

My stay at Bali Resort and Spa was exceptional. I loved the staff, they were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, which means a lot to me. The room was beautiful and very spacious, and the location is excellent. It feels almost like a private beach, yet you can walk all the way along the shore to Nusa Dua if you choose. It’s a long walk, but truly beautiful. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I had in Bali, with a wide variety of options and everything beautifully presented. I truly recommend this resort and would absolutely love to come back.

Pool and big room, helpful staff

Very very slow WiFi always disconnect, old hotel and old furniture, reception not speak English well. Restaurant is expensive and not good food

The room is clean, the bed is huge and comfortable. Sheets were replaced every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and the food was great from the restaurant, and very reasonable price.

*Outdoor furniture looks old and some need to be repaired.*The wall separating the swimming pool and the neighboring hotel is so ugly and should be treated by some designs or materials that makes it look nice.*Absence of activities especially at night* Beach water and sand was not attractable.

Good view and good location for Watersports

The food

The room is clean, bed is huge and comfortable. Sheets were replaced every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pick up and drop off to and from the airport was a good experience and less to worry about. We love the huge pool that is just a few steps to the beach.

Nothing to dislike. It was a great experience. Family friendly hotel. Maybe just 1 thing. The coffee is not great. Buffet breakfast was average. It’s good value for money no problems.

I would say it is more business type of hotel for short stay. I would not spend there more than thee nights.

A bit noisy on the beach due to scooters and other water activities coming from the beach next to the hotel.

My bathroom had mould and needed a renovate. The room was tired. Needed a redo

The toilet is not clean. They even don’t have conditioner.

Great pool, breakfast and room. Lovely peaceful location at great price. Easy walk out onto street for laundry, massage, and restaurants. Not as busy as other parts of Bali.

The price is going up as it is in Nusa Dua, so likely to go to Sanur from now on as better value for money. Nusa Dua is more expensive than other parts of Bali

Location is very nice and the pool is amazing. Staff are nice and friendly and the hotel served very good buffet breakfast.

The room and toilet need a little uplift

We didn’t enjoy staying in a small room with 3 people. The toilet was stained and the shower had mold growing. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was very good

The breakfast buffet was decent.

The rooms are quite small and old and there are a lot of ants and small flies in the room.Left-over food from room service was just left outside of the room for days. The walls are also quite thin so it was very noisy at night, it was easy to hear people walking past and talking.

The staff friendly

A lot of instances, bad smell, regardless that I book by credit card, when I pay by the same card they took 20 % extra without any reasons,they really act like scammers
