Swiss-Belresort Pecatu

Breakfast was good， Staff very helpful. I like especially the smart TV allowing me to access YouTube.

We loved our stay at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The swimming pools and pool chairs outside are perfect for lounging and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

The property isn’t central to the restaurants however just a short drive of motorbike ride away?

Shockingly disgusting level of quality

I was shocked when I asked to have my evening suit steamed and was told the hotel didn't offer that service. Furthermore, they do offer ironing (it's listed in the price list), but the staff said they didn't. Instead, they brought me an iron and ironing board so I could iron my clothes myself. There was also no door to the bathroom in the room; it was just a doorway. If you're arriving with someone else, sitting on the toilet will be in full view of whoever's in the room with you—another shock. The hotel tries to look Swiss, but in reality, it's extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and has terrible service. If this chain is owned by someone in Europe, and if it's a higher-end hotel in other countries, then this hotel in Bali requires European management to step in.

Room's wooden floor make sounds, no iron, no bidet, 1 sliding door for bathroom and wardrobe to close either 1, 1 lift for 5 storey building, limited kids play area

Great staff, great pool area with pool table and ping pong, and a great spa, the best thing is the breakfast, so delicious and has so many options. Also if you choose to have lunch or dinner, the food is more than good. I will definitely recommend this place if your going to Uluwatu in bali

As a muslim, I just wish there was a bidet in the bathroom.

The property was clean and comfortable.the staff were very kind . The pool was clean .the shuttle bus driver was very kind man he saw us in the street and he took us to hotel .other staff also was nice . Only problem was weak internet .I recommend to stay here .

Bad experience

The whole time we were there we were taking shower with dirty water.Nobody cared they just said open the tab and the water will get clear. 4 days the same water!Every morning there were shooting outside of our room and we were getting up from 7:30 because of the shootings there is a shooting spot just opposite of the hotel. We couldn’t get some rest on our vacation!After arriving late the first day we decided to eat inside the hotel for dinner the food at the restaurant was bad we bought 3 plates because every plate that we orderedred was bad and we were trying to find something to eat.

That it was close by the other property I was staying in. Due to reasons I had to leave the previous place this was really convenient.

I loved everything in this hotel. The location is really great! So convenient and surrounded by amazing spots to explore. The room was beautifully clean and much more spacious than I expected. The staff were very nice and accommodating and the food were excellent!

Nice and clean room and bathroom. Good service. Standard breakfast included. Close enough to the Binging and other nice beaches in the area.

I loved everything about this hotel! From the comfy bed, great breakfast, nice bar, amazing pool, and wonderful staff. It was close to all of the beach clubs, and away from all the busy streets. My room had a gorgeous view of the pool, and the sunrises were wonderful. I loved my time here, and the price is unbeatable. 10 stars.

Location was good. We like that it’s set back away from a busy area. All the staff were brilliantly friendly and helpful.

The spa/massage facility was under renovation. The one thing that we were so looking forward to having while we were on this holiday, was not available. This information should have been made known on their website and also an email to pre-booked clients like us. At that time, they offered a massage therapist to come in to our room and do the massage on our bed (not on a massage table) …and will still charge the full price. The buffet breakfast was ok but needs some variety.

The hotel has a big pool and is super family friendly! The staff is also super kind. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice

The rooms are a bit old. There cracks in the walls, the mirrors also don’t look as good as they used too. The rooms aren’t super clean. I usually take sanitary wipes with me to every hotel to clean a bit and there was a lot of dust i cleaned and when we checked in the bathroom smelled like urine. We asked housekeeping to change our sheets because it’s became dirty and they only did it after 3 days of asking. The second day the just turned the sheet over. I know this because the stain that our toddler made was on the other side of the bed now. Apart from the breakfast the food is not amazing here and it takes a long time after ordering before you get it.
