U Tube Hotel

Good location and comfortable room, i forgot some personal items at the room I informed the staff but unfortunately they never reach back to me and react again.

Comfortable bedEverything was cleanVery nice staff!Good value for the price Wifi worked wellWould come back! Thank you!

Maybe it doesn‘t look as good as on the pictures in real life but that‘s normal for BaliThe bathroom was a bit darkLike everyone says, especially the rooms close to the road are extremely loud because of the traffic

I had a very comfortable stay here. My room was exceptionally clean and I had an issue with my remote however the staff immediately came and fixed it with no hesitation. The location is ideal as it is located next to a supermarket, cafes, atms, & spas. I would definitely come back, thank you!

Nothing, pictures do not depict the reality when you get there.

Cleanliness and not getting what was shown on the images. Extremely dissatisfied to the point we stayed there for less than 2 hours. Shower was disgusting all dirty and not even close to the images

Love the location, all near warungs and short drive to bars. Property was quiet even though it’s near the main road.

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond and organize the things

There wasn’t any mirror in the hall, only one mirror in the bathroom and not enough bright in the whole room as well as in the bathroom

Pool was nice, staff were friendly

The room felt quite damp, few damp marks on the walls

Great stay!! I was quite comfortable and the staff were very attentive. Room was absolutely clean with all the basic amenities. Quiet location, off the busy street. Restaraunt and Pepitos next door, which was very convenient. Ideal place if you want to train at Tiger Muay Thai, which is just steps away from the hotel.

Small, quiet location. Excellent service, friendly staff. Directly next to Tiger Muay Thai if you're here to train. Restaraunt next door has great food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Street traffic can be a bit noisy sometimes. Road in front of hotel was not easy to walk. But those are factors outside of the hotel itself.

Good location

I book the property with free cancellation, i ask to change the day and they didn’t help me with this an also they didn’t refund me the day i was missing, terrible

Clean pool, good places to eat nearby. Comfy bed with good air con in room

The room was spacious with good aircon, strong wifi, comfy bed, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, specially gun silas, he would promptly help with whatever I needed. Thank you sir! I will definitely come back. Until next time!

The location was good, there is a very nice restaurant outside that offers the most delicious breakfast, dinner and drinks also they play good music ohh and the staff is amazing

Nun I loved everything

Incredible place, I recommend 100%. The staff so kind, the rooms are big, comfortable, the bed and the bathroom are comfy too. You can rent a bike from there! And price and quality 10/10!

The staff were very helpful, and the value is good.

Showers were a bit outdated.

Hosts were charming and kind. The hotel rooms were large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay at the ho

Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel location was easy to find. Check in process was smooth.

The sound of the road is loud all day/night, the room and bedding smelled very moldy, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was no mosquito net provided in my double twin bedroom (might need to pay for the more expensive room to get a net) which you need since there were a lot of mosquitoes.

the illusion of being central. But when you have not slept you can't really enjoy the next day

You can't sleep at all in some rooms. You hear the extremely loud street in the others also. This is fixable with 2 walls between the street and the hotel. Before doing that

It was too much nicer than I expected! Stayed at a different hotel down the road the night before for a similar price (just a little less) and couldn't believe how mice this was in comparison! Gorgeous balcony view of the garden and pool. Cute free coffee/tea/water set up with a seating area. Amazing shower separated from the vanity in the bathroom. And the staff was so nice and helped me carry my heavy bags and even let us store our bags before and after our stay. 10/10 recommend.

The location isn't great. It's not really near anything you'd want to see, but taxis are cheap and the fact that nothing is near makes the price of laundry and food cheaper! So not really a negative after all :)

The place wasn't ready to greet guests, it was missing a lot of things and the amenities were very old and over used
